    Mr. Ellison listened carefully to what I wanted in a car and he was aware of the circumstances around selling my RAV4 to my niece. He worked with me for... a couple of days and got the car in that I wanted. He was very professional and friendly.

    I would like say that my visit to Jim Norton Toyota was the best experience I've had at a dealership!!! Big thanks to everyone who was involved in the... purchase of my vehicle. I'd like to mention by name Joe Cooper (sales consultant) and Mark Whisenant (pre owned manager) for making this an awesome experience. These two guys went above and beyond anything I could have ever imagined happening!! If your looking for a vehicle, new or used, go give them a chance. Highly recommended!!

    We have purchased 6 vehicles from this dealership and that right there says a lot. I love my new Tacoma and the whole process of purchasing it was great.... Luis. was so helpful and had the truck I was interested in ready when we got there and was very knowledgeable in answering all of our questions. The paperwork process with Cassidy was even pleasant. We highly recommend the Jim Norton dealership and tell our friends about the great purchasing process and service we have always received

    Our service advisor, David Holmes, takes good care of us and our vehicles! Both our Toyotas are older (2001 and 2005) and we have all our maintenance... done at Jim Norton Toyota. David Holmes does an excellent job of letting us know what needs to be done and how long it will take. He even keeps us updated during the process.     Bought my Tundra in 09 and have been going to David Holmes since the first service was done on it. David has been the best to work with on scheduling and... getting me in and out.
