Kiwi was the best car salesman I have worked with. He was very patient with me and knowledgeable about the vehicles I was looking at. However. I did feel... bad that he had to return on his off day the very next day to he the one that handed me my keys. He said it was his choice but I have a feeling it wasn't. But he is fantastic at what he does. I can't imagine working with anyone else. I loved the customer service that is provided but do not ever enjoy the long sales pitch the finance people have to go over with you. I brought my own loan from my credit union and still had to go through the sales pitch for the warranty. Also, had I not caught it, I wouldn't have my Toyota certified warranty had I not caught it wasn't in my paperwork. This is where I think being passed around to different people just complicate things. However, this is my only complaint. I will for sure refer family and friends to Kiwi and to this location. And I would return if I ever need to in the future. I am in love with my New Toyota Rav 4
