Eric was very helpful and friendly.

Eric was very helpful and friendly. We have not bought a new car in a while so we were expecting pushy sales staff. Eric was not like that in any way. He answered all our questions and gave us plenty of space and time to make our decision. Harry in Finance explained all the details and answered all our questions.

Enjoyed working with Tom.

Enjoyed working with Tom. Responsive, timely, and pleasant. We settled on price and trade in value before I made tne 2 hour drive to Tulsa. He made that happen for me when other dealers could not. Chris

Eric the salesman was great!

Eric the salesman was great! Genuinely seemed to care. Maybe he’s the “good cop” in their sales routine but I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt. Had to fight off the high pressure “bad cop” sales in finance from Harry and Ty. . Sales manager Gibson sent paperwork that car had 4 miles on it but when I got there it had 273. He also said he would meet me the next day but when I got there “he wasn’t in that day”. I won’t go back to them unless I have to.

I had a fantastic experience at Jim Norton Toyota! Manny and Wilford in sales made the entire process smooth, easy, and stress-free. They were both knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to provide all the information I needed to make a confident, informed decision—without ever feeling pressured. Vincenzo in finance was equally great. He clearly explained all the details, answered every question, and made the paperwork process quick and seamless. Overall, it was a professional and enjoyable experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Jim Norton Toyota—be sure to ask for Manny, Wilford, and Vincenzo!

Jim Norton had a great selection of cars to choose from.

Jim Norton had a great selection of cars to choose from. Explained what I was looking for and gave me options to choose from which were all great. Taylor was very helpful and provided a lot of details in all the cars we looked at.

Taylor was fantastic with her communication.

Taylor was fantastic with her communication. I appreciated her, wanting to sell me a vehicle, but not making me uncomfortable with pressure that pushes me away. I was pressured away from the last dealership, who actually had a Land Cruiser that I preferred in color, but they were so desperate to get a sell. I told my wife I did not care what vehicle we purchased, just as long as we purchased it from Taylor. She had a very pleasant and refreshing approach! I could not be happier with the overall purchase experience. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, but Taylor provided the most pleasant experience! I will definitely be recommending all of my friends and church family looking for a vehicle information concerning Jim Norton Toyota and Taylor.

If you are looking for a new Toyota, go ask for Taylor Hilliard at Jim Norton Toyota in Tulsa, near Hwy 169 and Memorial Drive. She is attentive and a great communicator. She listens to what the customer is looking for in a vehicle, and then diligently looks for it until she is able to locate it. Taylor was a pleasure to work with, and I can’t say enough about how she made me feel toward purchasing a new vehicle. Most of my vehicle purchases have left me feeling very pressured, but this time was very different from all the rest. I felt zero pressure, which reinforced my desire to buy at Jim Norton Toyota! Give that girl a call, you will not regret it!
