    I would like say that my visit to Jim Norton Toyota was the best experience I've had at a dealership!!! Big thanks to everyone who was involved in the purchase of my vehicle. I'd like to mention by name Joe Cooper (sales consultant) and Mark Whisenant (pre owned manager) for making this an awesome experience. These two guys went above and beyond anything I could have ever imagined happening!! If your looking for a vehicle, new or used, go give them a chance. Highly recommended!!

    so far we have bought 3 cars in a year with Jim Norton and each time our experience has been great. My sales reps Don and Tyler were exceptionally nice, cooperative and made sure that I got the deal I wanted. Managers Matt and Jonathan are a little stubborn about their prices but again nice and respectful guys. Brian Smith, the finance office is an exceptional guy. I would not buy a car unless I know Brian would be handling the finance aspects of the purchase.

    I chose Jim Norton when we decided to replace my wife's 2008 Toyota Rav4. because they had done such a great job servicing her vehicle. When we arrived, we received a warm welcome and was able to get all our questions answered. The sales rep, Wilford Friday, explained all the options and features of that were on the 2017 Toyota Rav4. He made it a no-hassle experience. After he completed the sale, he turned us over to Kord Padilla who took us through all the papperwork and was able to get us great financing. I highly recommend Jim Norton Toyota, Wilford Friday and Kord Padilla if you are interested in buying a Toyota in the Tulsa area.

    As an out of state buyer, I had plenty of questions and requests for photos of the specific vehicle I was interested in. Todd Roberts answered all of my questions completely and provided all of the detailed information I requested, so that I could make an informed decision. When I arrived at the dealership, the car was ready to go. The transaction went smoothly and I was on my way back to Dallas with my new car. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful.
