    Very friendly sales staff. Contacted them online and had vehicle I was looking for ready when I arrived. Started out communicating with Tim Thompson but he got busy with another customer and he transferred me to Robert Blocker. Both were very easy to deal with and transition was smooth. Robert helped me with test drives and closing the deal. Very informative and helpful and every way possible. Finance guy, Shane, was also very friendly, informative, helpful and polite. When I came back the next day with the wife and kid, the playground outside was VERY helpful with a 4 year old. Although had it not been for the playground could have gotten out of there sooner, my kid did not want to stop playing on it.

    Josh Evette was very knowledgeable and professional to work with, had a small issue with the wheels being scuffed and we didn't see this since we purchased when it was dark. Josh took care of having this corrected. We all thought the car came with a remote start feature and we didn't realize until the next day that it didn't, Josh arranged for me to pay very little for this feature to be added.

    What was intended to be a simple test drive turned into buying the SUV I've wanted for years. Nick was prodigiously helpful, earnestly seeking out the details I wanted, while being respectful of the ones I did not. He never hesitated to assist me and not once made me feel like I was asking too many questions (and I asked more questions than a school of kids in a Guess Who? tournament). Knowledgeable of the inventory and the process, I knew I was working with someone who could guide me to the right vehicle and was passionate about his brand and Toyota's. Nick nuanced my finances and trade-in, showing me possibilities I was not previously aware of to make what I really wanted work instead of having to settle. I drove in, never thinking I'd be able to land a brand new RAV4, but drove out with the perfect fit I'm always excited to drive.

    We had a pretty good idea of what we were looking for in vehicle but had many questions. Robert Blocker found us the perfect 4Runner with everything we wanted and more. He was extremely helpful in answering our questions and did not pressure us into a purchase we were not comfortable with. After we found our perfect match, Kord Padilla took great care of us during the financing process. He exhibited great patience and explained exactly what we would be receiving with our purchase. Overall, this was a great experience and we are thrilled with our 4Runner. We look forward to having a great place to bring our 4Runner in for service.
