    Went to the dealership after seeing a truck on their website. The salesman was great and very informative. It took a while to get the vehicle pricing and trade in value. The finance manager came out to review the numbers with me. Turned out the price for the truck was $28,000 more than the internet price. He said it was an error on the website, but that all the lifted trucks were priced in a similar fashion. The sales manager came out to show me a small link that shows a vague disclaimer about price may vary based on dealer added options. The sales manager was extremely rude and demeaning in his explanation. He became even more rude when I asked to speak to another manager. I've bought over 12 vehicles and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. The online pricing should reflect the pictured vehicle.

    Bob was great to work with. Knowledgeable. Friendly and helpful. Follow through was great! Good Dealership, who will beat that other dealers "deal". PS I did not buy the Chevrolet but Honda.

    The only reason we gave a 1 star is that the survey would not except a 'NO' star. On May 16th we had the door lock actuator replaced on our 2007 Tahoe at the quote of 387.14. With the part costing 218.75. At this point we had no choice but to have Southpoint Chev. do the work, due to the driver door would not open from the inside. After receiving the call with the price we googled this part and found multiple locations including Autozone, Advance Auto pricing anywhere from 67.33 to 107.95 not 218.75!!! Yes we do have friend at another Southpoint location and we did receive a discount but this is UNHEARD of and Southpoint Chevy will no longer be getting our business.

    I was very pleased with the service department at South Pointe Chevrolet. They were able to change my appointment time on the day of and did so very graciously. This was a routine service appointment. Once my truck was taken back, my wait time was not long at all. I felt like quality and friendly service was a priority for my service specialist, Chris. I would highly recommend this service department to anyone.

    We had a very great experience dealing with Kenny Peevyhouse when buying our new truck. He was informative and helpful when making our selection. We plan to purchase another new vehicle with him after the new year. (2017) If you plan to buy a new vehicle soon I highly recommend Kenny @ South Point Chevrolet.
