2014 F350 with 32,600 Miles. Has been in shop 4 times previously just for a check engine light. Always came on again within a few weeks. A year ago it... came back on at 2 miles from picking it up. Was told the code was an air sensor. At abt 20K miles also had to rebuild the rearend. Have also questioned why it never Def Regen, no explanation could be given. On 6/22/18 the engine blew up. Hodge Ford did not touch it for almost 2 months. Finally got new motor in on 8/22/18. As soon as drove it, check engine came on again. Was told code was the Def heater so referred to Ford Engineering Dept. On 8/27/18 service dept was given steps to try. On 8/31/18 Hodge Ford called to say was ready. Went to pick it up on 9/5/18 and was told they put another EGR valve (2nd one) on. Drove it, explained no power, grease on door, extra bolts off bed, receiver stinger missing, air dam dragging, so would not except. Had it ready on 9/7/18 (still missing hitch), exactly 12 weeks since towed there. When a customer spends $60,000+ for a truck, it’s usually for pulling a trailer or some type of work. Their Customer Service really lacks!

The whole crew is great! My wife has taken the car back fr service and repair. They have been very respectful and have spoken to her in a professional... manner. This is very important to us, because of my work schedule it's hard for me to go during regular business hours. If the wife is unhappy I am very unhappy lol. Thanks James Hodge Ford!

Well I had bought my f-150 back in Dec. Under the impression it had the 5.0 I trusted my salesman until I got it home and looked for myself it had a 3.5L... and so I called the dealership and let them know they sold me a truck with a 5.0L but mine was not it had the 3.5L and get this no echoboost so I said just tint my windows and I'll be happy with that. My salesman said ok done deal, and here it's July now and still no tint, no satisfied costumer on this end I just wish people would be like they used to be a hand shake and a done deal but guess people aren't like that anymore there word is nothing.... and I paid for the 5.0L it's on the contract and the dealership just don't sees me as another truck sold didn't care how much they had to lie to me.. I do like james hodge ford just wish they'd stand behind there word.
