I needed to get an oil change and get my tires rotated on

I needed to get an oil change and get my tires rotated on my truck. I call the service department and Caroline Black schedule me in even on short notice.

I had an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and

I had an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and an inspection. It should not have taken 2 1/2 hours for those tasks to be performed. Complimentary car wash added 25 minutes. Seemed like an excessive time for those activities.

Buying a car can be so stressful but Nissan of Sanford

Buying a car can be so stressful but Nissan of Sanford made selecting the vehicle and all the paperwork simple. Gregory delivered my car, spent time explaining the financial paperwork and then spent a good while helping me to understand all the super features. He made sure I could contact him at any time if I had questions. He was super professional and very knowledgeable about all aspects of my car. The financial manager helped me with all details and was very professional as well! I love my car! I truly believe that God led me to Nissan of Sanford! You guys are great! I greatly appreciate your assistance in the purchasing process!

Took car in for routine maintenance. Service adviser was very helpful and suggested a couple of additional items that be good to have done. Very helpful staff.
