    I had a great experience buying a 2014 Honda Civic from David McDavid Hondas of Irving. My car salesman was Felix Ndingwan and my financer was Leon Tang. Both Felix and Leon gave me a lot of time and attention. They were patient with my questions and did their best to fulfill all my requests. When I explained to Felix that the car I wanted wasn't Honda Used Certified, Felix when above and beyond to get the car through the checks and get it certified. He took the time to get my phone hooked up to the Bluetooth (something that really confused me), and he even fixed the flat tire on my husbands, Toyota RAV. Can you imagine better service? Leon was also great. After I explained to him that I was a teacher on a limited budget, he really helped me get the best possible deal, with only 1.9% financing! Wow.

    1. Bought a vehicle for my wife and our newly born baby daughter. 2. Could not drive it home the day I bought it because three service lights were illuminated. 3. After more than 7 trips between my house and the dealership (all within 30 days of purchasing), it was clear that the dealership could not fix the problem. It had multiple warning lights illuminate including engine, stability control and TPMS. Three critical issues that can affect safety while driving. 4. The dealership bought the vehicle back from me (for $3600 less than what I paid). They also never refunded my $1000. 5. I had to get another vehicle from them even after losing $4600 because there was NO ONE ELSE WHO WOULD BUY THIS VEHICLE from me with these obvious problems and I could not morally sell it to anyone knowing its unsafe condition. I was cheated, lied to and made feel as though I caused an inconvenience to the dealership. After so many returns, sales employees familiar with my problem did everything to avoid me. I was told at the onset that this was a minor issue that required simple servicing they could easily fix and is why I decided to purchase the car. I have lost $4600 because the options made by this dealership was in their favor. Bottom line - please be very careful here. There are so many other dealership options you can chose from - I strongly recommend that you stay away from this place. They will take advantage of you, take your money and then make it seem as though you are the one that has done something wrong. It is unjust and I still today remain with the feeling of hopelessness, frustration, anger because I was cheated. I have emailed many senior managers at the dealership in an attempt to respectfully argue my case but have received no response to date (5/7/2017).

The vehicle you purchased, not of Honda decent, was sent to the manufacture's dealership from which it came. That specific dealership's diagnosis gave a clean bill of health for the vehicle you purchased. Because you were unhappy, we offered you an option to get into another vehicle, which you agreed. You also agreed to step up in a vehicle without over 100k miles, which increased your cost of sale by $3794. Your down payment (deposit) was switched to the secondary vehicle so you didn¿¿¿t have to come out of pocket with another $1000 down.     This is a P.S. for the earlier review I gave on Chad Caramella. I left out a very important fact. My husband and I have bought a new car every year since 2009. We've bought Cadillac, Lincoln, Lexus, Audi, Toyota, Honda, Nissan (two Hondas and three Nissans (two Murano Platinum)--we bought a new car every six months for a couple of years). So, we have worked with several finance people over those years except when we paid cash for a car. Chad Caramella, was by far the superior financial director--or manager--that we have dealt with during all of our car purchases. Plus, he never asked us to give a good review. He is very professional, along with his kindness to senior citizens. However, when we left, the guy who came into his office while we were trying to deal and was so arrogant actually asked us as we were leaving to give them a good review. Well, he didn't ask, he told us to give the staff a good review. So, Chad, Joyce and the new sales guy, here is a good review for you. We appreciate the professional help you gave us.

    Chad Caramella is a financial genius in the Finance Department. My husband and I were there on a Tuesday and bought a 2017 CR-V Touring auto. We are seniors and when we got to the finance department to close the deal, it took about 3 hours due to my husband being very serious about decisions and when it looked impossible for us to purchase the car, Chad was on top of his game. He worked and worked with my husband; he was very kind, patient and understanding and through Chad's sheer genius, we walked out with the car many hours later. While we were negotiating in his office though, another guy came in and I don't remember his name; he may be the GM or some other supervisor, but he was rather arrogant saying that Honda was not going to lose money and some other blabber that turned us off. We almost walked out, but Chad saved the day. Joyce was also very efficient and knows the automobile business. The sales guy who met us when we went in was very helpful and even though he said he was new, we appreciated his honesty and he did help us find the car that we liked. I can't commend Mr. Caramella high enough for his expertise, knowledge and patience. He should be highly valued by Honda as a Honda team member.

    They have made my new car buying process simple and fast. They had the exact car I wanted and had it ready to go before I arrived at the dealership. After a test drive, Terry explained all of the cars functions and was very knowledgable. From the beginning, David Henry was very friendly and offered a great price without having to negotiate. The entire process took less than an hour and I drove away very pleased with my experience and new car.

    So I went in to see a Honda Civic since I am shopping around. The rep mike s. Instead of showing me the car he started asking me the questions of how my credit was blah blah blah. Then tells me to fill out a paper with my info. I told him I don't want to run my credit at all I just want to see the car first. He kept insisting stating they were not gonna run it that his manager was just gonna look they my info but assured me 100% it would not show up on my credit. After several requests I budged and filled it out. Then he came back to ask me for down payment. I told him I want to see the car first. And while waiting I got an email that they ran my credit after them saying they were not. Of course I was furious and when I called the manager to advise him he told he that mike did not lie to me. In other words he called me a liar as well. Will never do business with them be careful they like to deceive people
