    Shopping around, I visited 5 Ford dealerships during the last month...Til finally, I made it to my new home: Westway Ford where I experienced the most 'noble' customer service around--as if I were in Monaco, buying a Lamborghini Huracan Performante! Or, better yet, that incredibly sexy GT350R that is parked in the showroom at Westway Ford...in Irving, Texas, U.S. of A! I arrived there this past Memorial day at 7am, Dwight opened the gate, and the dealership, to let me in; calling on the salesman & his manager to expedite their eta. We worked some numbers...and, in three hours, I had bought one of the nicest top-3 color (Race Red, Yellow, or Grabber Blue) V6 Mustang (manual transmission certainly). Being a sports car enthusiast, and having bought some 30+ cars during my thirty years of adulthood, I was impressed by this dealership, its top tier, 21st century-modern installations (by the way, it is 'The Cleanest' car dealership I have ever been to...impressive), its efficient staff, and the top-down managerial philosophy provided by Mr. Hankins and Director Lipsey whom I applaud for their humbleness, Weberian work ethics, and open-door policy (those guys do work, and are involved in the daily operations--unlike some jetsetter-owners who hide in their ranches...and...once in a while, they decide to fly their Cessna Mustangs to come to the dealership; simply out of boredom! While Westway Ford operates in the top 1 percentile--having earned the Ford President's Award; I argue that, to me as a consumer and being anti-establishment, what matters is that Westway Ford has been earning the 'We The People Customers' Award' which is, Westway and east way, more important! In addition, Westway Ford 'strives for five'; however, they always end up earning 10+ having courteous sales people such as (Ralph, Dwight, & Sal); and, dynamic managers (Jason Reed who worked so hard to orchestrate my deal... Many golden thanks to the Finance dept., Director Lipsey & Mr. Zach Barnes for helping me obtain a better interest rate... No wonder that now I can easily sigh out loud, with 100% confidence, that I LOVE Westway Ford! Christian Henri .

I've had 2 issues now with a vehicle that was not even purchased at Westway and he was more than happy to get my issues fixed.     Purchased a2014 F-150 King Ranch from Westway and that was a great experience. Easy to work with, purchase price was among the top 10 in the country. All my issues began when servicing was required. I purchased the warranty that included routine servicing. Out of the 6 oil changes I had done there, 3 resulted in issues. Everything from damaging the skid plate by the lift, leaving engine grease on door handles and floor mats (tan color) because of no paper or plastic placed down to the latest and last straw, forgetting to put the dipstick back in after an oil change. I contacted the service manager and he said he'd take care of it, order and have it sent out. 5 weeks later, still nothing. I call again today and get the "he's not here and I can't do it." Although when I talked to the service manager last time, he was shocked that his employees didn't just order it when I asked about it last time. Instead they told me to call back later, I told them to have the manager call me, since his schedule is obviously more important than mine, to never get a call back. I called back 3 days later for the manager to tell me that no one passed that message. I asked today, since no one in the service center can order a dip stick apparently, who was in charge and who I can talk to to elevate this, response has been pat for the course for dealing with Westway Service, "well no one really. Service manager has today off and the next manager is out for the day." Nothing but smoking mirrors, trying to upswell services that aren't covered by the warranty and will pester you non stop about filling out their customer surveys, but yet they can't or I should say, don't fix the issues that have been brought to their attention. It is sad that such a great buying experience can be destroyed by the long term service aspect of this company. It does help narrow down where my next purchase will and won't be from.

    Horrific experience with the sales team. I spent nearly six hours in a already negotiated price that was advertised. Westway ford still over charged me in bed liner. Over charged me for finance charges and over priced for documentation. Shame on you and your business practices. Paul, Sal, Martinez, etc. Never Ford products or their crook dealer again.
