Drove on the lot on a Friday evening to look at a car I saw online. Grabbed the first salesman I saw on the lot, Eric, and he grabbed the keys for a test... ride. He didn't have any reservations about letting us drive it and was willing to give us as much info as possible without any ammo going into the conversation about that particular car. He was honest and up front about the questions he couldn't answer, but was willing to find out if I wanted to pursue those questions more. He only asked general questions to help him better understand why I was looking for rather than bombard me with questions and try and up-sell me on different vehicles. Went inside and talked a bit more when Tony came over to introduce himself. Asked how he could make a deal that day, and after saying I wasn't going to he didn't push it any further. He offered a few deals that didn't expire at the end of the conversation if I chose not to leave with the car. The next day I called and a few hours later left with the vehicle I came to see the previous day. Eric was 11/10 when it came to customer service and didn't pressure us into anything. He didn't approach us in a typical dealership salesman way, and is a self described "customer advocate", which is pretty spot on. Tony honored the deal from the previous day with no qualms whatsoever and we left as happy customers. The financial department was also great because they only did what they had to do for their job, they didn't pressure anything and forcibly try and sell me something I didn't want. All in all, it was the best dealership experience I've ever had. Give Eric a bump in pay, he deserves it and I'd gladly send people directly to him.

Jason Murphy, Service Adviser, was terrific! Was in for service and the tech discovered a problem with the brakes on my Taurus. They had been incorrectly... installed on the front brakes and parts were missing on the rear brakes! The work was done at another dealership. Jason took pictures of the problem and supplied me with the tech report so I could proceed with a claim. Terrific! Thanks Jason and the tech.

After researching several local DFW Ford websites I called Mr. Paul Schroeder, Sam Pack Service Manager, based on positive reviews posted online, thinking... that if he is just half that good it would be a good experience. His care of my 2011 Fusion far exceed my expectations. The cost for repairs were what he said they would be ( less than from a private shop that I had been using) and completed timely. I have another Ford, an Edge, and will taking my both my vechicles to Paul for all my future needs. Will also highly recommend him to all my friends with Fords... Thanks, Paul!! Would give you 6 stars if they were available.
