I ended up having a good experience. Moe was very attentive and made sure I got exactly what I wanted and could afford. The only negative thing I could say is that since the sale ended up being so late in the evening my car was washed but it wasn’t as clean as I expected it to be. When I came back Moe immediately addressed it for me. They have a long term customer here!

My husband moved from CT and took his 2008 Ford F150 to...

My husband moved from CT and took his 2008 Ford F150 to this dealership in 2014. It was our second F150 and it had a lot of miles, we purchased a new F150 in 2018 when he crashed the 2008 ford with over 400k miles on it. His job puts about 80k miles on his truck a year and we buy our trucks new and service it ONLY at the Ford dealership. We got a 2019 Ford F150 end of 2018, was servicing it at Sam Pack, Lewisville Ford with advisor Zac (I heard he is now fired, probably moved on to Plano Ford), had 215k Miles on it, told we need to replace engine after doing about $6k in work on transmission and other maintenance in 2021. We were never prioritized for a loaner, just treated like we had no value but worst of all, the advice from the technician and advisor we believe was the reason we need to now change the engine (long block). Over past months we had work done there, defective parts were installed, we paid for genuine Ford parts, we couldn't even get 'squeezed' in to do warranty replacement, and Zac told my husband he can keep driving his truck in interim even with check engine light coming on. Long story short, we ended up taking it to Bill Utter Ford, they billed us a $13,423 estimate, we had to fight for a discount, on that they only took $500 off. We reported incident to Sam Pack Lewisville GM, they best they did was supposedly, fired Zac, we were left cleaning up the bill. Really disgusted with these dealerships in Dallas Texas now. We want to purchase American but we don't feel our business is valued., Corporate Ford is taking everyday American's for granted who have to work hard to maintain their vehicles while they bask in corporate profits. It's sickening to see what's happening to America 'Customer is King' motto, no decency in people anymore. I get treated better at my Toyota dealership.

I have to leave a star to leave the review. Called and inquired about the new Bronco demo. Got on their “priority waitlist/appointment” calendar to demo. We arrived 30min prior to our appointment. When we did, we were shuttled into the showroom to wait our turn, secure my license and insurance card. We waited an hour for our opportunity to see it while more and more sales staff pushed drop ins ahead of us. Seems anyone that comes in and demands to see it gets priority over customers anxious to meet their appointment. Our salesperson was aware we were being shuffled around and delayed and tried to keep our appointment reasonable. When we go out for our turn, we are told yet another couple was waiting and we’d have to just wait. We explained we had an appointment and had been there since 10:30am and the guy was dumbfounded. At that point he acts like he’s going to speak to management. We walked away. Poorly run experience. You don’t need an appointment, just complain loud enough and you will get priority, apparently. This dealership runs on chaos and disorganization apparently.
