I drove 50 miles to have my Lincoln serviced by the dealer I purchased my Lincoln from. I paid over $300 for this service. Rotating the tires was part of the service . However they were not rotated. Now I wonder what else was not competed. What kind of service is this??

I have now purchased two pre-owned vehicles from this dealership. Their prices are fair and it's a no pressure environment. They are all very friendly and the whole process only took a couple of hours. My original salesman was still there which speaks alot about the culture of this dealership. They take care of people, including their own.
