Second time I’ve used this service department and another amazing experience. Robert picked up my car and was on time, Ed kept me updated throughout the day while my car was in the shop, and Stanley kindly dropped my car off to me. It was returned back to me clean and better than I left it! Thanks guys for your help!

Update: I've not received my title to the vehicle I...
Update: I've not received my title to the vehicle I purchased in January. I've been asking for an update or time estimate for 2 weeks now. The team only responds to about half of my inquiries. I'm told they'll check on it, and then I never hear back. Most recently I was told they'd just give me the contact info of the title company so they wouldn't have to check on my behalf, which they never did. I’ve been car shopping for 7 months. In this time, I only came across 2 dealerships that were prompt in their responses, had reasonable dealer fees (this one is $282 vs the $2,265 another dealer wanted), was friendly, and honest. Romeo at David McDavid was one of them. Romeo went above and beyond to help me get the car I really wanted. He went out in the cold to take very specific videos and photos I requested since I wasn’t local to come look. He even met me on a Sunday to do the deal. His communication wavered slightly once he knew he had the sale, but overall 10/10 would do business again.

Found the car on Cars.com and contacted the dealership. I was contacted by Nickolas Jones who arranged everything including the delivery to our house that is 500 miles from the dealership.
