Poor customer service
I went for car service and had very poor customer service. My service advisor didn’t respond to my call or text. Even after service is done no one contacted me. Finally another person took care of my billing.

Not recommended for service
First time visit to Nissan Courtesy for a 90k service with a 2015 Nissan Xterra and I can not recommend this location. There are three reasons: 1. They are greedy. During the online appointment via the website they quoted the 90k service with $117.95. At the appointment they try to sell you their "recommended" 90k service for $399.95. This is more then 3x times the estimated amount during the online appointment. 2. They are incapable. On top of the service I ordered the replacement of a broken fog light which is mounted in the fender. This is very hard to get to, therefore I already expected a higher price. The light itself went for $148 and for labor they charged $147. But then they came back and said the connector is damaged and would need to be replaced. Unfortunately the connector can not be bought standalone by Nissan. I had the choice of a complete new wire harness or a 3rd party connector that they can splice in for an addition $260!!!! Give me a break. I am an electrical engineer and I know that connecting two wires does not cost that amount of money. The fog light is a non safety related item and hack fix would have done the job. Fact is I payed close to $300 for a new fog light that still does not work because the mechanics do not know how to connect two wires. 3. They are very slow. At the beginning they quoted 90min to 2h for the service and repair. I took four hours before I got the car back. And there is a reason for it. From the waiting area they have nice big windows so you can watch the mechanics. Actually there were nearly no mechanics. Every bay was filled with a car but there were barely people working on it. The only reason I still gave two stars is because they were capable to do the oil change, tire rotation and a complementary car wash.

Service Department inconsistencies
I called the service department to get a quote on my daughter's 2017 Nissan Versa oil change. I asked if we could bring our own pil, oil filter and air filter. I was told between two different calls, two different quotes and answers. My daughter called three times, was given the speech about voiding the warranty? After she told them her father called, then, ok? She was told three different quotes and three different answers. We show up on a Saturday to get the service done, to be told we cannot use our own oil, filter and air filter. Thanks for wasting our time. Thank God I've never shopped for a car here. I'll never be a customer. We left. Sounds like a Nissan Circus.

Regular service checkups
Scheduled appointment. Met by Tyler, very professional and reviewed service, timeline and cost expectations. Provided updates throughout. Upon completion Tyler presented and went over the invoice then proceeded to walk me to my car. Car was pulled to service venue which is a nice change from previous visits. Both Tyler and mechanics did an exceptional job!

Respectful, Quick and Easy
Quick fast and easy process. This dealer respected the fact I came in pre approved by my credit union, and did not push for any add one or to use their services in terms of financing. Very respectful and easy going. Overall a very painless process! Kudos Nelson!
