    I would like to thank the Courtesy Nissan family for making this great deal possible. At first the deal had collapsed but thanks to Pedro who came up with a solution and made the deal that satisfied both parties. Shoutout to Pedro, Lisa, AL, Terry,Alex and the best man in the business General Manager Rob Knarr who always make sure his customers are taken care of and will go out of his to make any deal possible. I highly recommend anyone that's in the market to purchase a vehicle come to Courtesy Nissan. I promise they will hook you up and take care of you.

    Courtesy Nissan help me a great deal. I traded in my 2013 Ford F150 and they put me in a brand 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. With challenge credit I didn't think it would be possible but they made the deal happen. Thanks to Steve Mitchell the Big Man Finance Director, Rob Knarr the General Manager for having the confidence in me to make the deal. Calvin the Carman if u need a ride this man will make it happen for you. Lisa for reaching out to me to come in and purchase a new ride and Oliver the finance man for doing my paper and signing. I recommend anyone to come down and purchase a Nissan new or used and I promise you they will take care of you. Thanks again.

    The front window customer service was wonderful. Melissa was my rep and kept me informed with the findings on my vehicle and also supplied with me a loaner car during the down time. My compliant is regarding the quality of repairs completed on my vehicle and the false findings. When I dropped my vehicle off it was driving with no engine mis fires etc. When I picked up my vehicle is when my check engine light came on and I had amjor engine mis fire. I was forced to take my vehicle to another mechanic to fix my vehicle.

    I recently bought my car at Courtesy Nissan, they were extremely attentive during the buying process. HOWEVER, when I received a tolltag invoice for the car I had traded in after the trade in, it was impossible to even talk to anyone in the finance dept. From the conversation I had with NTTA they said the car I traded in was still in my name and so I was liable. I have called Courtesy at least 8 times and they transfer me to Finance and the phones rings off the wall and there is no way to leave a voice mail. I have also left numerous messages with the receptionist but no return call.

    Hi, my name is Jasmine last thursday i went to nissan out of the blue not planned at all. I knew i needed a new car, something reliable for my two daughter's and I. I was currently driving a 2009 nissan sentra. That was barely hanging on, i didn't know what i was going to. Im a single mother of 2, my credit isn't the best and my finances couldnt afford a brand new car with an expensive note. I was referred to Yomar Perez by my sister and my cousin. Early thursday morning I said hey im going to just go up there just to get numbers and ideas. Not knowing that i was going to drive off that same day in a 2016 nissan sentra brand new with only 15 miles on it. With a reasonable car note and didnt have to put much down. Yomar Perez is such a blessing he was very patient and extremely helpful. And took everything i needed into consideration to meet my needs. He did everything he could to help me the whole nissan team Al Baker and Roger Davis they all worked together and excuted. Yomar Perez is awesome and im truly truly forever thankful for him and the courtesy nissan of richardson family. Thank you Yomar

    I wrote a review back in June about my terrible experience at Courtesy Nissan. However, new sales manager Steve Massey, did everything in his power to make things right. Though he was not involved in the original ordeal he apologized for what happened and ended up buying the car back. I'm not sure what the culture is now at Courtesy Nissan but if Steve Massey is still there I know things are changing for the better. Thank you Mr. Massey for renewing my confidence in car dealerships!
