It’s early in my new relationship with Plano Toyota

It’s early in my new relationship with Plano Toyota service, but after 2 visits, they have made me feel at home. I tried to make a closer dealership work for me, but never felt comfortable and was very disappointed when a radiator cap was left off my truck and it over heated, followed by a tow AND NO APOLOGY…. Toyota Plano and service rep Charlee have been a welcome return to good service.

The service team is top-notch.

The service team is top-notch. The professionalism from the arrival to the checkout lady has been the best experience. I also want to include the guy who brings the cars up. He remembered to turn the heat on for me. My own boyfriend doesn’t remember to do that. Just an absolute awesome experience with Johnathan. It is imperative to keep everyone informed. I love his honesty and integrity. I’m so comfortable with him. Thank you guys for everything.

I was pleased with all the service personnel that are working there . They were all helpful to me while getting my vehicle serviced at their service department . I would definitely go back to service my future need .

Marco was excellent.

Marco was excellent. I had made a same-day appointment for my tire pressure light staying on. He quickly discovered that there was a leak in one of the tires. He was very happy to inform me that my tire was under warranty and being replaced for free. He said it would take an hour and a half but it only took 25 minutes! And they even washed my car! I am always so happy with the treatment I receive And the service of my car at Toyota of Plano. I won't go anyplace else!
