Do not buy from this dealership. Lemons and Lies. Purchased a 2016 Ford F250 truck and it is a lemon. Engine light came on within 2 weeks of purchase. Front in suspension went out. Multiple other problems.

Bought an 80k Tahoe from them less than year ago.
Bought an 80k Tahoe from them less than year ago..already had 3 electronic parts replaced. Now they would not give loaner while waiting on part. Having to drive with many functions not available…while making 1300 mo payment….original salesman had no knowledge of the vehicle…🤯

THE place to buy a vehicle!
Before I found this dealership, I had nothing but distain for car dealers. These guys restored my faith in humanity. Rick and Mike in the Preowned department were very professional and absolutely no pressure salesmen. No added fees, no xx and that includes the Finance guy that closes the paperwork ( mine was a cash deal). I was convinced before finding this dealer that all car dealers were alike. These people proved that perception wrong! So refreshing to know that there are still some good, honest folks out there.

Truck repair
I told Jeff my problems, pd 186.00 to check my problems out, promised it would take a couple of days,a week later I rec?d a call stating my truck was ready, after paying for the charges of an addl $865.00, got in my truck, cranked up, and the exact same issues were still there. Needless to say I and my wife was very, very disappointed, not to mention upset. As of today, I?m still w/o transportation and they would not even offer or allow him a loner.

Worst experience ever.
Worst experience ever. Oil change took 5 hours. Had to bring attention to my truck after I notice it sitting in a bay for 1 1/2hour and no tech working on it. I will never seek service from this location. Training is in need at this location. I was told 5 hours later that this location is short staffed. You need to let the customer know this on the front end so they can make a decision if they want to risk staying at your unprepared location or drive alittle further to a location more fit to provide satisfactory customer service. I do not see this location staying open if customers are willing to drive to other locations to feel like a valued customer. You suck chuck Chevrolet in DeSoto, TX
