We are family owned and operated! Chuck Fairbanks Jr. opened his Chevy dealership on June 13 1980. Originally located in Lancaster Texas Chuck was the youngest Chevrolet dealer in the nation. Armed with a sound business plan Chuck was eager to represent General Motors and Chevrolet Motor Division. Although we have relocated to Desoto Texas Chuck Fairbanks Chevrolet is still a family owned and operated dealership and is proud to have served the communities of Dallas and Fort Worth for the last 39 years.

WORST EXPERIENCE BY FAR

Worst experience ever. They refused service after keeping my car for over a month. No communication at all. No apology for inconveniencing me nor wasting my time. No explanation as to why. I honestly thought i was making the right decision choosing this location but i am highly disappointed with their whole process of handling my car.

Worst experience ever.

Worst experience ever. refused service after keeping my car for over a month. No communication at all had to hear the news from my insurance company after they took it upon themselves to go to check on my car otherwise it would still be sitting there now

Complaints

My elderly parents went in to fix their car and they were told that they had an oil leak. The dealership supposedly fix it but when they got it back it was worse. They were told by the dealership they had to fork over more money to fix it. Common Sense - if it comes back worse than the dealership messed it up. So I called the dealership and the receptionist hung up on me 3 times. I didn’t even use foul language. She didn’t even tried to calm me down or even take my number. I’m not sure if her arms were broken or she she has another disability but apparently she needs a lot of prayers. I will be praying for her tonight. Whatever you do beware of this place especially if they can take advantage of the elderly.

Worst customer service from manager!

This was one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had! I couldn’t talked to anyone willing to help or show me some kind of knowledge. I was stuck 2 hours from home called this dealership to explain to me what I needed to do since they sold me a car with a crack that was patched in the gas tank and they refused to do anything and told me to bad and I quote from the service manager named bush butch or something like that “ I Don’t Care I’m Not Going To Help You”. Worst customer service ever. I suggest you never waste your time there!

Recall on airbag for my GMC truck they busted my dashboard and refuse to fix it I got in touch with the Chevrolet company this been going on for 3 weeks now problems still not solved

Chuck Fairbanks Purchase

I dealt with Jody Ward throughout the entire buying process. He was able to find the truck I was looking for even with the shortage going on. The entire staff was accommodating and professional. The facility was spotless and had plenty of space to walk around. My son who is 5 was offered snacks and drinks, which kept him occupied while we conducted business.
