I phoned about a car advertised on your site for a used

I phoned about a car advertised on your site for a used car on Wednesday evening to pay cash and purchase for our nephew. I was assured by Jaden that the car was still available and was made an early morning appointment on Thursday the next day. I received a phone call the next morning as we were pulling into the car lot by the used car manager asking if we were still coming. The appt was for 9:30am it was exactly 9:30am. We were met by Jaden taken to a small office and questioned about the car we wanted to purchase and asked what color of car we were considering. I informed Jaden the color of car we were considering was the color of the car I had questioned him about the previous evening and was told it was still available he took my husband's DL and made a copy in order for us to test drive the car. he left the room and came back stating "I am sorry the car sold last night" We got up to leave and were met by the manager that had called about our arrival and was told that they had a similar vehicle if we interested it was 24 years old. What a laugh. We were lied too about the car it was not available like Jaden had said the evening before and the reason I said this is because another manager called me a few hours later to apologize about the incident stating Jaden had only worked their 2 months and the car had been sold 2 days after they received it and this was 4 days later. I feel like this is a BAIT AND SWITCH meaning they tell you a lie to get you into the dealership and when you are there try to sell you something else. Very disappointed in Town East Ford for doing this. We always take our trucks to Town East Ford for service. Shout out to the service manager Jim Artrip who always takes care of us. too bad the used car dept cannot be like him.

The salesman took good care of me.

The salesman took good care of me. Had to go back and forth multie times with finance which is typical it seems like. Overall, the salesman never gave me any grief over questions I had about numbers or anything! The type os salesman that will make it in the sales world. He was very customer-oriented!!
