I got a call back when I saw a car on their website. After two salespeople (Clay and Vivian) contacted me that the vehicle was being refurbished, Shane... called me the following day that the vehicle had been sold. Go figure. This is one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

We bought a used vehicle from Sewell Buick-GMC Dallas location. We worked with Chloe Compton. She was professional- answered all our questions and if... she didn’t know she found someone who did! She made it a pleasant and professional experience. It did not feel like the typical car buying experience! I would definitely use Sewell again. We were purchasing a car for our college age son- so spending was under $16000. but they still gave us the same attention as other buyers. I can’t say enough good things about them. They were willing to do most negotiations over the phone. Did not feel pressured.

The level of care, kindness, and respect that Tyler Reynolds showed to my wife and I was unlike anything we have experienced at any dealership. Every other... person of the Sewell staff was no different. I have always heard great things about Sewell dealerships and we were not disappointed. We worked with Matthew Jobe on the finance end and he was fantastic as well. Both Tyler and Matthew from start to finish provided us a true no pressure deal. I’m convinced that Sewell Buick GMC wants what’s best for my family and budget. It almost feels wrong to say that I really enjoyed the car buying experience at a dealership but it’s the truth. I want to make sure and add that the care and help did not stop when I drove off the lot. Tyler and Matthew have answered every question quickly and professionally since we have had the car. All that being said, my family will never buy from another dealership. These two men have made us Sewell customers for life.

Beware of buying online from this dealer. We had a deal worked out and agreed on price. They sent us the financing paperwork which we returned the next... day and we were told they sold the car we had agreed on. They never bothered to tell us someone else was looking or mark it as being sold when we agreed on the price. Completely deceptive practices. You cannot trust them!

I experienced that some repairs are not corrected on first visit to dealership. Recently, my car was in second time for same AC unit problems. I was... told the diagnosis was different this time-$$$. The other problem is that car randomly hesitates to start. The problem of.random starts is back.again. It has been less than 2 weeks since repairs were completed.

Their "excellent" service must apply to the Cadillac, Mercedes, Lexus....brands. Not to a Buick. Just went through a 9 day ordeal with them. I learned... it's up to the customer to call for repair status.
