Kelly R. was very helpful & diligent in finding me the car I wanted with all the features I wanted and for the price I wanted. Before going in to the dealership, I didn't expect to find an Acura MDX that I could afford, but now I am driving one everyday.

When I purchased the car new here, I also purchased quarterly oil change and general checkups. When I arrived in the service department, I was met by the service writer who promptly checked me in and got me a loaner car. The work was completed and the car was cleaned before I returned to pick it up. It was a great experience and I would recommend this dealership to others who would like a similar experience. Thanks.

Pleasant people and waiting area and a service oriented staff make this dealership a joy to deal with. They will always keep you informed of upcoming repairs in the future, but don't push unnecessary work either.

We walked into the dealership looking to trade vehicles and was greeted by Kelly Rohde who got us the keys to the vehicle we were looking at. She was great to work with and informed us about the vehicle features and took us for a test drive. We did not feel like we were held hostage like other dealerships have done but felt like the back and forth with the finance guy was just a game. Other than that we were happy with our experience!

I greatly appreciated the honesty and straightforwardness from this salesman/dealership. While there, I did not feel rushed, and did not feel that the sale was being pushed onto me. Not only that, but Alen was able to answer the questions I had, making me confident in my purchase. Alen was also very patient and conducted business quite professionally, which I truly appreciate. It is obvious that he truly cares about his clients and the value of their time. 5 stars from me!

I was in at the dealership browsing the cars on the lot, Sejad stepped outside to ask if I needed help within minutes of me stepping into the lot. He was very friendly and patient with me as I asked to look at multiple vehicles. I would recommended working Sejad to anyone in the market for a new car.

I had an amazing experience! I recently needed an oil change on my car and had the pleasure of working with the service manager, Matt. He was very helpful and informative and assured me my wait time would not exceed more than an hour. While in the waiting area he frequently checked in with me to update me on the status so that I knew exactly what work was being done on my car and when. After the service, Matt went over the diognostics of my car and was very helpful and informative to what needed done. The overall staff was very friendly and welcoming while I waited and offered me a complimentary beverage and made it for a top knotch experience! I highly recommend anyone to go to Acura of Johnston if you want to receive nothing less than the best service out there!
