Need ride to post-surgery physical therapy
I am a handicapped person, presently unable to drive. I had a medical appointment in less than 24 hours, when I discovered my battery was dead. My car is equipped to handle my physical needs. I spoke to Jeremy, who arranged to have my SUV taken into their shop the next morning. The battery could not be re-charged. A new battery was installed. Two Acura of Johnston men drove my SUV and another vehicle to my house just in time for my driver to get me to my appointment. Could not have gone smoother! ....Thank you, Jeremy, and those two guys!

Oil change and tire rotation
Took vehicle in for oil change and was done promptly. Also rotated the tires and washed the car. Dealership is well maintained and very clean.

Oil change was a snap!
Came in for an oil change and no appointment necessary. Can’t get any easier than that! Staff was friendly and there was no waiting at all. Dropped it off and picked it up after work.

Problem at Fair Time
I was in town for the fair and my RDX wouldn’t start. The service department agreed to check out the car when I could get it in. It just needed a new battery, but they handled my problem efficiently and got me back on track for my weekend with renewed confidence in my vehicle. I highly recommend this dealer and service center.
