Routinely Excellent!

I took my car in for routine service and received excellent customer service....as usual. I appreciate their efficiency, communication and friendliness. I would recommend this service department to anyone.

Excellent customer service.

This was a scheduled repair visit for specific issues with my vehicle. They provided a loaner, and sent a text so I had confirmation they had started, which also allowed me to text them with questions. I received a call in the afternoon advising me of the status and that parts had been ordered so the repair would not be done until the next day, but I was to keep the loaner until the repair was complete. The car was done the next day as promised. Unfortunately, the same issues occurred two days later even though they followed a manufacturer technical bulletin to complete the repair. Matt sent me a text to check on the car shortly after the problems occurred and I let him know the issue. He was extremely accommodating and said they would have a loaner available at my convenience and an opening in the shop whenever I wanted to bring the vehicle back. So, the end result is yet to be determined, but bottom line is Matt Johnson and his team understand customer service and I will continue to entrust him with my vehicle service.

Excellent Consistent Service!

I scheduled a routine maintenance visit for my Acura TL SH-AWD. In addition, I had three tire valves leaking after a recent installation of new tires. The valves were part of the guarantee when the tires were installed and were fixed at no cost. The service was friendly, prompt, and efficient. I'm always happy with the service provided.

Routine Evaluation 2018

I had my expected excellent evaluation and counseling experience with Acura of Johnston's Service Center. Additionally, I was in and out in an expedited manner. I've grown very fond and appreciative of the courtesy and efficiency this crew has afforded me over the years.

Diligent Service

Encountered a minor raddle in 2018 RDX. Rode with a service technician to assist in identifying what I was hearing. Technician dropped me off at my office and the dealership provided a loaner vehicle when the raddle could not be found same day. They kept at it and were able to identify and correct the issue the following day. Provided car wash prior to my picking up vehicle. It was a very minor issue but they understood how annoying a minor raddle can be.

Good first impression!

I scheduled a routine maintenance visit for my Acura RDX. Within the first 20 minutes they determined there was an issue with equipment in the center. This was addressed immediately and a loaner car was made available at no additional cost. The team was professional and helpful.

Always felt comfortable never pressured.

John was great. Very knowledgeable. He was anxious to please us and nevery pushy. He was friendly yet professional. We will be back for our next vehicle and we told our r kids about our experience.

Good experience with online purchase

I had a very good experience with buying a new car online with Acura of Johnston. I was going to pay cash for my 2019 RDX. It was a little uneasy at the beginning knowing that you have to sign all the paperwork and pay them full price to reserve the vehicle without seeing it. I communicated with Alen mostly by text messages. Alen was responsive and very patience with me and answered all my questions. When I finally picked up the car, all accessories were installed and the car is ready. Next time if you want to buy a car online, I recommended talking to Alen. One thing I am not so satisfied is that I can't negotiate the price. Given that the time I bought my car was one month after the car released, I know I had very little negotiating power. Alen told me in the first phone call that there is no room for price negotiation because it was a brand new model. But they are able to offer me a better warranty package.
