    We were welcome and assisted by Angel Candanosa, Felana Davalos, Scott (unfortunately, I don't have his last name) and Roger Mazzarese. I have nothing but gratitude for them, their time, patience and thrive to make sure my family and myself got the best car and a great deal. They stayed working late for us and not at any point made us feel unwanted. Cowboy Toyota has an amazing staff. Everyone we talked to, except for L.Santos, had a great attitude and was more than willing to go the extra mile for us. We will certainly refer our friends and family! Keep up the good work, guys!!

    I have been bringing my 2005 Avalon in for service to Cowboy Toyota for years. It's nice to be greeted by Shelly Jackowski as she remembers me. She resolves any issues that I may have with care. If she sees that I am not satisfied, she will go the extra effort to resolve my doubts.

    Shelly Jackowski got me in and out in very short time even though she said it could take up to two hours. I took my Camry for it's 5,000 mile service with no appointment and she took care of me like family. She is always so personable! Her level of service to the customer is always above expectations! She is a true asset to the company.

    Trying to find about a used car, and wanted more photos. (Only 3 were available) Was told the vehicle was "in the shop". Have waited 6 days now, no photos. Hmmmmmm. This tells me Cowboy Toyota is simply not interested in doing business with me. Too bad, I could have been one of their great customers.

    I have a 2006 Toyota Camry, always serviced by Shelly since I bought it new. I drive long distance from NE Washington DC, and West to California for numerous time. Now I have 24,000 miles, and never a problem. She recommends all the need service to the car. I also have my son's Toyota Matrix to have Shelly do the recommended maintenance.

    My story begins on July 7th 2017. I took my truck in for an estimate for collision repairs. I was told Sal, the only person that you can get an estimate with is there from 8:30-4:45. I was also told he's not actually onsite there, but they call him and it takes about 15 minutes and he'll be there. I arrived at 8:30 and was asked to have a seat and they would contact him. When 9:00 came, I asked if they knew how much longer it would take. The lady at the desk said she didn't know, but would try calling him (Sal) again. I was starting to get nervous because I needed to get to work. By 9:20 I went back to the desk where the lady was off doing other things, so the young gentleman that was sitting next to her desk area was on his cell phone and seemed annoyed that I interrupted him. He said he would ask someone else where Sal could be. He came back to me with a map asking me to go to another Toyota location where Sal could be. While I was explaining to him how unfair this all was and asking to speak to a manager, the manager arrives and said Sal should be here soon. I ended up getting my estimate, but I was so frustrated. Now it's time to take my vehicle in for repairs to Cowboy...I am so nervous because the customer service that I've received so far here has been horrible. I've called several times this week trying to talk with a service manager to see when the best time to bring in my vehicle and I've been left on hold for about 9 minutes. I hang up and try again and the same thing happens. I don't know if they're under staffed or just don't care. I will have an update to this post later.
