This was my first experience of buying a new car online that sells person on the phone was very kind and and grateful and finance manager except and explained everything to us

I just purchased a used 2019 F150 from Clay Cooley

I just purchased a used 2019 F150 from Clay Cooley Chevrolet, Dallas. My salesperson was Sheddrick Watson. They/he made the buying process quick and easy, providing professional and friendly service. What I appreciated most was transparent pricing. Instead of bringing me pages and pages of contract papers with numbers shifting around in a shell game and rounds of ‘speaking with the manager’, like I’ve experienced with many dealerships in the past, a one-pager was brought out with the line items of cost clearly delineated. We came to an agreement on price, what I’d like included/excluded. Including the test drive, working with sales and then finance, I was there for just over an hour. A+
