The entire process was a fiasco. During the buying process, the salesman and financing lady began to be very rude once we turned down the upselling,
as we could see a clear shift in their moods. After buying a Certified Pre-Owned X3, I was told the detailing of the car would be done in Colorado where they would cover the cost, (as I needed to be out there the next day). They then proceeded to ignore my calls and emails for two months, hoping I would simply go away. Finally this got done several months later. On top of that, in order to register my car in Colorado, I needed the car title among other things, which was never given to me when I purchased the car. Instead, I have been trying for months to get them to send a new title in the mail, to which they always say "we're working on it." I still have not received my title. The customer service and sales teams seem more focused on selling as many cars as possible than living up to the name of BMW and providing high-end service. Felt like I bought my car from the typical used car salesman.

I can't praise these guys enough. When I had my air conditioning maintained in the summer, John gave me a printout of the things I would need to repla
ce/fix in the future. Sure enough, four months later I started hearing some moaning and groaning from my front suspension (which was the first item on the list). I ran my car in got many of the maintenance items fixed. It took about a week, but Thanksgiving fell right in the middle so it probably took only 3-4 days. AND when I picked the car up, it was substantially less than I had figured! I have several friends who drive minis, and they had all told me to go to Mini of Dallas to have anything done (I had been using a different mechanic). They were RIGHT. I wish they had told me earlier.
This is the second consecutive year, we've had a problem with this dealership. Last year our customer service representative didn't know what a safet
y inspection was. This year the cashier initially refused to let my wife pay for and take the car because your file only has my name on it when the car actually is jointly owned.
II needed a bracket for my front license plate but this had to be ordered. It took only 2 days to achieve this, I pulled in to service area, was seen
immediately, issue dealt with and I had a free car wash to boot. I also found out about other complimentary services. Very impressed so far!
