Like I related before.

Like I related before. Do better Auto Nation. Credit me for the battery I did not need changing $over $300 due to wrong diagnosis. It was my starter motor that was bad, nothing wrong with my battery but they told me to change that then my car will start good and trusting my Auto nation I did. But it wasnt that my suv was still starting bad and I told them at consultation that I feel it is the starter, I know my suv. 2nd opinion later it was my starter and the price was astronomically lower elsewhere You all asked for over $850 for something that costed me $425 with all OEM parts . Know this all 3 of my cars were bought from the Pembroke Pines location. I was a loyal customer but not anymore. I am requesting my battery replacement charge back on my discover card. Do that and I will consider buying a new car from you I am in the market for and oil changes and repairs. Very disappointed. Do better. Sabrina - Chevrolet 2006 trailblazer owner, 2014 Chevy Malibu owner, and 2008 Chevy Cobalt all bought from your showroom. Bought my chevy trail blazer at zero miles has only 130k miles. That is nothing for a suv like that owning it for so many years because I kept it well maintained with you people till I was price gouged and misdiagnosed.

I've had nothing but a great experience with the service

I've had nothing but a great experience with the service department at Chevrolet Autonation Pembroke Pines. From the moment I dropped off my car, everything was smooth and well-organized — the check-in process was quick, the waiting area was comfortable, and I never felt like I was left in the dark about what was going on with my vehicle. The biggest reason I keep coming back — even when I have other options closer to me — is my service advisor, Yudi Barzaga. Yudi is professional, honest, and genuinely attentive. She takes the time to explain what needs to be done, doesn't push unnecessary services, and always makes sure I leave feeling confident about my car. That kind of trust is hard to find, and it makes all the difference. If you're looking for a dealership where the service team actually cares, ask for Yudi. She's the reason this place has earned a loyal customer in me.

Tino the manger was unprofessional in the way he handled

Tino the manger was unprofessional in the way he handled my 2hrs 30min wait that was just to sign the documents with the financial manger since I financed with my personal bank. Since the moment they found out I didn't want to finance through them, I felt a huge difference in the way I was treated compared to the other customers that did. Jose the finance manger in the end tried to make up for the unhappy experience but it was already too late. I was also there with my 1 year old and there was NO compassion or even a little rush to get me out the door quicker due to my situation.

Pleasant buying experience.

Pleasant buying experience. No high pressure. The salesman Josh was friendly and accommodating. The sale went smoothly. This was the second time I've purchased from Auto NationChevrolet. Both times were good experiences.

Warning! Don't be fooled. About $2,500 in fees were added to the back end of my deal. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere.
