Purchased a 2018 Corvette grand sport convertible great

Purchased a 2018 Corvette grand sport convertible great looking car, but it sucks that I purchased a convertible and the top does not go up or down like it should when you push the buttons only worked one time since then has not worked at all. Hopefully, you can correct this issue would be grateful. Thank you.

Brought truck in for oil change.

Brought truck in for oil change. Advisor Jayson was professional and friendly. Got me in and out on time. Service was great as usual. Very satisfied

Everyone at Autonation Chevrolet is super professional, friendly and helpful. David Labella is an example of perfect customer service. Miguel is a very professional and helpful sales associate. Bassar was very accommodating. Sam in financing was a total pleasure to meet and deal with. All in all we never had such a pleasant experience buying a car.

This was an online cash purchase.

This was an online cash purchase. Hidden add ons increased the price by 30%. The car was delivered without gas. I had to have a friend bring me a gallon so I could drive to the gas station. The manger repeatedly said he would send me $50 for a tank. He never did although he was reminded 3 times. It also too 3 requests to get the paper submitted to DMV. There were scratches on the front bumper that were not in the online pictures. Although they said the rear wiper blade had been replaced it was totally disintegrated. I have purchased 7 cars online and this was the single worst experience I have ever had. Everything I asked about was misrepresented. The sales guy was adequate but the manager repeatedly promised and never delivered. The last dealership I would ever buy from.

My experience at AutoNation Chevrolet Pembroke Pines was nothing short of amazing! I had the absolute pleasure of working with Damiar Pennant, who went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, informed, and confident in my purchase. He took his time explaining every feature, detail, and mile — and even gave me a tour so I’d know exactly where to go for future oil changes and service visits. After a terrible experience at another dealership (Kia Hollywood), I walked into AutoNation feeling nervous, but both Damiar and Alex, the sales manager, completely changed that. They worked together with such professionalism, kindness, and care that I left not only satisfied but truly blessed. I dropped my suburban off on a Monday for transmission

I dropped my suburban off on a Monday for transmission issues and lagging, the technician told me I would hear back on a diagnostic 24-48 hours later. I waited an entire 2 and a half weeks, 17 days total, with no updates, no returned calls, and no diagnostic. In total my husband and I called 9 times, and left 7 voicemails collectively. Not one response. When I arrived to demand my key back to leave, no one apologized and the general manager did not even come to the front to speak with me, he gave my key to a shuttle service personel to return to me. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I spent $1480 on a rental for nothing, they did not even look at my car.

Nice experience. Had some stuff needed to be done, dealerships stood behind it. Process fairly seamless. Would recommend this dealership to others. Love the Camero I purchased.
