    This was my most pleasurable car buying experience EVER! I didn't feel pressure, and Dana Menace is the MOST professional, informative sales person I've ever had. The entire staff was very helpful and professional, they made me appreciate my purchase and I am a very happy consumer.

    Disgusted by the service received today. Walked in with my boyfriend and NO ONE offered to help. We walked around for a while and noticed the front desk people looking at us but not helping. Clearly this is because we probably looked as if we couldn't afford to be there but little did they know I was there to purchase my 4th mercedes, all previous being paid off in cash. Kind of sad that this is how people treat others. We decided to buy our Mercedes elsewhere and give our money to someone who deserved it.

    Honesty is always the best policy and providing good friendly communication with your customers keeps from unnecessary disappointments. We were mislead, lied to, and received the "run around" before getting to the bottom of the problem, which came form an outside source. This dealership lacks good customer service, when problems arrive. Everything is good, until it's not! Unfortunately it has happened more than once at Mercedes of Plano. We will not be back! Our next Benz will be purchased elsewhere, along with our service. Joey C

    These guys stink. I brought them a 550SL that was 2 weeks out of the new warranty, but covered under the certified warranty. Daniel Adams and his lackey Zafar were worthless. Literally handed me a 1-800 number and made me deal with Mercedes for days trying to get them to cover the work. Daniel is lazy and incompetent, and shouldn't be anywhere near a luxury dealership. Zafar Vakani's biggest concern seemed to be over wether he could high gross me to change brake fluid. What a cast of clowns. Its the principles that let this nonsense happen. They dropped their name when they moved to Plano, but nothing really changed. The GM Kim Patterson was no where to be seen, but needs to come downstairs and pull this dealership out of the toilet.

    Michael is a very knowledgeable young man with a super strong work ethic and follow through. He has a great attention to detail and takes pride in truly taking care of his customers. I enjoyed all my interactions with him and ended up buying the car of my dreams. He was most helpful and stayed involved with me all through the entire sales process from test drive to finance and delivery. I cant say enough good things about him and how well he dealt with me during this process.

    You can ask for Dan Balsom and Derek Singhass.-They are very professional and helpful!! They are not pushy like car salesman. We had a very pleasant experience throughout our buying process. The facility is also very nice. You wil not regret giving them your business. I highly recommend this car dealership.

    Called here this afternoon to check availability of a used vehicle. Anthony Roach answered the phone & said he would check & call me back but he knew some was test driving it earlier. He called me back within 15 minutes & he said yes it is still available, asks so when can you be here & I told him within an hour. He said he would pull it offline for us (AKA hold it) & I called my husband who left work, came home immediately & we were there within an hour as I said we would be. We got there, Anthony Roach shows us the car, has us take it for a test drive, we fall in love & then he has us go in his office where he then comes back with another sales manager who tells us he took a deposit on it WHILE we were there test driving it!! Did I mention it was our first wedding anniversary?!?! Oh also my husband doesn't get paid when he's not working. We only decided to go down there because Anthony Roach said he had taken the car offline for us as long as we were there within an hour. What a terrible thing to do to someone. They told us it happens all the time because they are selling 200 - 300 cars at a time & they can't know what everyone else is working on. Terrible terrible customer service from a Mercedes Benz dealership! Real Classy! To their credit they did offer us 2 alternatives priced $10k over the vehicle we came to look at. How thoughtful!!

    Want to thank and commend Steve Sichterman for taking extra steps to assist and guide us in our sales/lease process! Great Job Steve ! We've been very happy with the choices presented, and easily deciphering the numbers in a complex lease transaction (and with old lease turn-in). We also really thank him, and dealership for helping us towards 2017 vehicle purchase - and how smooth the whole process made-out to be ! Steve and MB Plano teams have taken extra-steps, care -- 'bend over backwards' to happen a deal to meet our needs: vehicle suitability as well as financial budget! (infact, TWICE in a row!) Thank you!

    Just had a wonderful service experience. A few months ago Chris Peters in Sales helped me out with my first Mercedes and when it came time for the first service he was there to help arrange the appointment. Everything has been very pleasant and professional. I can't think of any part of the business (Sales, Finance, Service) that hasn't been top notch.

    Having just had my first scheduled maintenance completed reminded me what a great experience this dealership has been. A couple of months ago our salesman, Chris Peters, did such a fabulous job helping my wife with her first Mercedes for our anniversary that I decided a week later to come back and get one too! From Sales, Service, Finance, etc. the experience has been such a positive eye opener. This place really impresses!
