I had one of the most frustrating and deceitful experiences at Selma Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I had been working with Shawn Kloth, the salesperson, and Chris Jimenez, the manager, for several days. We agreed on the lease terms over text message, and I made sure everything was clearly laid out. I even have the entire deal in writing, so I thought everything was set. I drove over 3.5 hours to pick up the car, excited that I was finally going to get a great deal. However, when I arrived at the dealership, things took a complete turn for the worse. They had completely changed the deal – a significant price increase from what we had agreed on. When I tried to show them the text messages where they had agreed to the terms, they denied everything and claimed they never made such an agreement. It was clear from the start that they had no intention of honoring what we had discussed. The entire situation felt like a scam. I felt completely lied to and disrespected, especially after I had already spent time, energy, and money traveling there. I even asked for clarification and tried to reason with them, but they were firm in their refusal to follow through on the original agreement. This dealership is completely untrustworthy, and I highly advise anyone considering working with them to think twice. Do NOT let them run your credit unless you’re absolutely sure they’re going to honor the terms they tell you. They are more than willing to waste your time and scam you out of a good deal. Take your business elsewhere – there are plenty of dealerships out there that actually value their customers. Selma Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram does NOT care about you or your business. I will never return, and I’ll be sure to spread the word about this horrible experience.

Bad service they charge me $200 just to reflash the computer and have the smog check sign and they don’t have that service there 🤢 … and they never have a time I have to leave my auto for days …. never again dodge is a nightmare

I do not recommend this dealer ship I had got a Truck first the truck wouldn’t start after having it for one day week later took it in to get a detail for the whole truck they only did 3 spots on the truck but not even that their detailer had burnt the paint on one of the spots haven’t had this truck for more then two weeks it’s been at the dealer ship since I owned it basically.

Had a great experience at Selma Dodge! Dan and Robert went out of their way to help us and even gave us water and sodas from their own fridge!

Complete oil change and maintenance on my vehicle was done with respect and efficiency. Customer service was excellent and service details were explained completely. Highly recommend.
