    I have been buying cars for a long time and i have to tell you, I have never had a more pleasing professional experience than I had today at Atlantic Jeep Preowned. The staff was great, the deal was perfect and i even got to play golf on the putting green while my paperwork was prepared. I will highly recommend them to everyone. Thanks AJ and Mike

    This place needs to be closed. I purchased a vehicle from them 2 years ago and had the WORST experience ever when buying a new car. I waited over a month for them to contact to let me know they have the vehicle I chose and put a deposit on to arrive, which they had told me was on its way and then it never showed up. Somehow a vehicle that had a deposit on it was sent to another dealer supposedly. I gave them other options I was OK with and they said they would contact me when anything came in that matched. Well while I waited and waited for a call I checked their website and sure enough they had one on their lot. Not only was it on their lot when I went to them it was on the ramps in front of the building for all to see, and according to them it had been there for a few days. No call to let me know. When I got there to actually purchase the vehicle it took 7 hours to finally leave. It took over 2 hours to get the vehicle off the ramps to be cleaned and do the PDI. The finance manager decided to go out for dinner when the vehicle returned so I had to wait for him to get back. When he finally got back and I started signing, they tried changing the price I was supposed to pay to a completely different price. Now all the paperwork had to be redone and add to the wait time. For the inconvenience and to give them 10's they offered me 3 extra years of free oil changes. Seeing that they offer free oil changes for the first year and I have the extra 3 years I continued to use them for that to save a few bucks every few months. The only positive I can say about it is they have an express service so I can go and not worry about needing an appointment. That is where the positives stop. Every time I go there, there is grease all over my door and who knows where else. Never a consistent amount of mileage till my next oil change on the sticker. One time it is 5000 miles another is 3000 miles, or some other random mileage, always something different. One time there were letters in the mileage literally letters and numbers for my next oil change. After my first year of oil changes were up they tried saying that I had no more free ones. I kept all my papers and showed that I still have another 3 years. So they told me they would do something, but tried to get out of it by never inputting it into the system. I wouldn't be surprised if this is common practice there. I at least was able to get them to add what was owed to me seeing I had the paper work from them showing it. So during my last oil change I had by them, I also wanted to have them cancel the protection plan I had paid for. I was told it was done and that I would receive my refund in about 11 days or so. Fast forward a month and still no refund. When I called MOPAR protection plan to find out the status I was informed that in fact it was never canceled and there is also an issue with my plan as it stated that my vehicle has almost 200,000 miles on it. When they called the dealer to find out what was going on the dealer didn't even have the proper vehicle listed on the plan and it was the service department that messed up the mileage. Just adding to the incompetence of this place. Now back to the last oil change experience. Once again grease all over my vehicle, but at least I could read the sticker this time. What I didn't know until about a week or so later was that they never put the bolts back into the skid plate. I found out when it dropped and started to drag while I was driving. Luckily this happened when going through an interaction right after a red light and not while on the expressway at speed, which could have cause serious issues if not an accident. There was one bolt left that the plate slid into that I was able to tighten up to hold it in place until I got there for them to fix it. When I brought it in to have it fixed it took them over 2 hours to do nothing. So much more to say but out of characters. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

    Found an ad online and went into Atlantic Dodge. Tony was very helpful and made sure all of our questions were answered. We did not feel pressured to purchase a vehicle and felt satisfied with our purchase. It was an 18th birthday gift and graduation gift for our son. He loves his new car!!!! Great experience, but gave 4 stars because I had to go back the following day to finish paperwork.

    This by far one of the best dealerships . I came to this dealership frustrated and annoyed from massapequa Nissan because of some issues with a previous car that was a lemon . I put in a inquiry online and right away Seidee reached out to me and was understanding to my problems and needs. We set up an appointment right away . She was so nice and helpful . Seidee had brought us over to Richie D. Who made us feel right at home like family . All in all we left with our 2013 Scion and very happy . Another awesome factor is that even after the sale they keep in contact with to make sure everything is running good ! I will recommend this dealership to everyone and anyone ! Thank you !

    The dealership will advertise a price online to gain interest, then change it after being contacted to negotiate a deal. In this case a 2013 Chrysler 300 was advertised for $23,500, then reduced to a price of $22,700. At this point (late Friday), I contacted them to ensure the vehicle was available, and that I would call them back on Saturday to negotiate a purchase. By the time I called them back on Saturday the online price was raised by several thousand. I mentioned the previously advertised price and the salesman started into all sorts of reasons why that couldn't be right, and even stated that the vehicle was also on ebay with bids higher than that (I saved screen captures of the advertised $22,700). I searched ebay and couldn't find the auction. The salesman said he'd see what could be done and call me back in 5 minutes. Instead another salesman left a message hours later asking for a return call on Sunday. On Sunday a manger called me to negotiate. The price was now advertised at $27,800, and the salesman stated there was no room to move on the price. I told him how unethical this sales practice was, and told him I would be leaving a poor review. You're welcome.

    I needed body work repairs needed on my 2013 Ram 1500 because it was hit FOR THE 2ND TIME THERE at this dealership while being serviced......so I dropped it off to get the repairs and they left it parked in the OUTSIDE parking lot facing Sunrise highway overnight WITH THE KEY IN IT!!!!!!!! I go to work very early in the morning so I passed by there to see if they brought it to the back and found it still parked where I dropped it off!!!! So I left the loaner car right there in the middle of the lot and got in my truck and NEVER went back!!!!!! WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THERE AGAIN!!!!

    I had researched cars and found one at Atlantic and when I went there salesman Rich was there to help. He was able to locate the car and I was able to take it for a test drive and it was that - that sold me on the car. When it was time to pick up the car, I did not have a definite date as to when I would be able to pick it up Rich and the dealership was able to get everything processed - yes it did take a while, it was short notice- but most importantly I was able to drive off with no problems.

    Viewed their site and found a car in their inventory I was interested in seeing. After speaking with my salesperson, Tony Russo, I found out about other options available so decided to go with a different car. He did the "let me go speak to my manager game"and came back with an offer. I asked what else could he do and he said to me "we aren't a not for profit organization here". Seriously?! I went home and found the exact same car I was looking to buy, for the price I would have been willing to spend ON THEIR WEBSITE. Today I went to Merrick Chrysler and Jeep in Wantagh and spoke to a salesman who couldn't have been more helpful. Worked with me to get me to a payment amount that I was comfortable with ... how funny was it to find out that he previously worked for Atlantic Jeep ... and knew all about Tony. People ... stay away from Atlantic Jeep! I had previously purchased from Atlantic Hyundai and figured that since they were part of the same family I would be treated as I had been in the past ... I couldn't have been more wrong. I should have trusted my gut the second I walked through the door.
