If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. I requested...

If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. I requested the brake parts back as the car was a 2019 left over purchased end of February 2021 with less than 50 miles on it from a Dealer in Ct. We brought the car in to Empire as we no longer reside in Ct. During an inspection Pep boys said the rotors were warped and need to be replaced and that the brake pads were still good. Empire did confirm that but said this was not covered. Pep boys could have done the work but said a car with 19K miles should be under warranty . I requested the rotors and pads be returned to me and was told no problem as i wanted to get the analyzed, i am in the metals business and had a lab lined up check the metal. I never received the parts back and could not get the service back on the phone which I attempted over 40 times. I then spoke to a receptionist and requested a manager, they were none located at the facility , they would call me back. That never happened. I wasn't until i found some e-mail contacts on the internet that I got a response. When i explained to him what was going on he said he would call me back. Again that did not happen , when I reached out to him again he said he called but did not leave a message. Strange, a GM not leaving a message. Now i am out over 900.00 dollars with no recourse

Vinson did a great sale with me at Empire for my jeep grand cherokee and the process went very smoothly. I will definitely be coming back here for future leases and will refer friends/family to go see him in west islip.
