    I had the opportunity to have had an amazing and knownledgable representative by the name of Lloyd Clark at auto nation Nissan Pembroke Pines that treated my family and I like if I owned the place from the purchase of my new 2016 maxima to the closing with the manager the experience was like no other absolutely amazing they are the best in the tri county area.

    I am disappointed about the service at Nissan Pembroke Pines dealership Service Department. My terrible experience, I went to Nissan Pembroke Pines Dealership Service Department for a oil change in my car.I waited there for 3 hours for my car. Another hour for the agent to call me to pay for the service. I will not be coming back for services in my car at Nissan Pembroke Pines Dealership Service Department. I will not recommend anyone to receive services for their car at Nissan Pembroke Pines Dealership Service Department.

    I have had my car for over 3 years but this time I had to do service, I felt impressed by how my service was done, My appointment was scheduled in advance and they called me prior to confirm, the tech rep was informing me at all the times if it was a delay and we discussed different options in regards of the needs of the car. I own a customer service company and I feel thrilled that the service department has moved a step up by involving more the customer level at the time the client is at the property.

    I have a 2009 Nissan versa, bought it new from them. Good little high mileage fuel car. Cheaply made. I had the entire inner door and instrument knobs replaced in the first year. They sent me a letter in 9/16 about needing an airbag sensor recalled. They never called me back and said it would be in around November. Never was repaired and they said no one should sit in the passenger seat. Tried to get through today, 4/10/17-no answer at service desk at 9:10 AM
