    I went to the dealership to discuss a tow hook cover that blew off of my car, and Brandon Beane would not give me the time of day. He told me that it was... not covered under warranty. Never collected my vin#, asked my name or anything. He told me that it had been damaged without EVER seeing the car. Sent me to Parts. The Part was $2.10 with tax. Wow. I will drive out of my way to go to a better Mazda dealer. For $2.10 he could have purchased a better review.

    Fitzgerald Annapolis Mazda is top notch. Every facet of this dealership is consistently excellent. The customer service, new and used car buying experience,... service department, sales associates, managers, quality of product, and genuine interest in providing excellent value for the money you spend are all far and away better than any other dealer we've ever used across nine states and a foreign country (we are military). We purchased a new Mazda from Fitzgerald's in Dec 16, and at the time we thought the car-buying experience couldn't get any better (see my review on 10 Dec 16). But, they went ahead and outdid themselves. Recently, we purchased a used BMW from Fitzgerald's and after driving it off the lot, discovered a hard to detect, yet fairly common (and fairly expensive) mechanical issue. Understanding the dealership had no further obligation toward us and our vehicle (e.g. no warranty), we contacted them right away about what we guessed would be a fairly significant repair. Not only did Fitzgerald's respond to us immediately, they arranged to bring the car in for repairs, provided a loaner vehicle, and had our BMW back to us in a matter of days. There was no wrangling, negotiation, or delays; and, they treated the repair as if it was under warranty! I can't guarantee they'll treat every situation this way, but I can guarantee this...the next time we are looking for a new or used car (probably later this year), our first and only stop will be Fitzgerald Auto Mall in Annapolis.

    A very positive experience. Good price points for their cars. I found my salesman to be informed, connected, but not pushy. He followed up with due... diligence, but gave me time to think. He was also patient with my back and forth decision making over a new or used car purchase. My only minor complaint was that there not as much inventory in Annapolis as other places. However, they did offer to get inventory from other dealerships. In the end I chose to stick with the Annapolis dealership and wait for the right car. Ask for Jake, he was great.

    Had a really disappointing experience at Fitzgerald. I expected fair and up front pricing and what we got was a $2,000 surprise when were signing contracts.... This was not $2,000 because of taxes and fees. We expected that. This was $2,000 above the base price they had given us! Apparently since we took the 0% financing, we needed to add $2,000 to the price. That would have been nice to know before we were signing contracts and backed into a corner! We got a call from one of their managers, but all he gave us were excuses. Then he told us we paid below the truecar value for the area, which turned out not to be true! He gave us the 2017 truecar price and we bought a 2016. They act like it's perfectly normal to price cars this way and then not tell people that they are going to have to add to the price if they take the financing. I don't buy cars every day, how are we supposed to know that!!! So frustrating. We will not be coming back.

    This is an awesome place. Clean and quiet with a good amount of inventory. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. My agent Anthony Johnson... is the absolute best!!! He answered all my queries promptly; gave me good recommendations without being pushy; offered current deals/promo options so I can come out with the best vehicle and financial decision. I've already made extensive research on what I wanted beforehand so, it's saying a lot that I ended up paying less than I thought I would've. Likewise, Cameron and Keith were just as great. I've never had a more seamless experience in any vehicle-related service before.

    We were undecided as to which small SUV we would purchase so we did our homework with Consumer Reports and Kelly Blue Book and narrowed it down to three.... We visited all three dealerships but none was as informative and willing to work with our wants and needs as FitzWay. Anthony Johnson was our sales person, and from the time we walked through the door and he introduced himself, our choice was clear. One dealer had no color choices for us. The second refused to get an auto in our color choice without a hefty deposit. Fitzway brought in our selection, explained every detail and let us take a test drive. They offered us a very fair trade in price. We did the paperwork and the car was ours. The financing and maintenance were explained very clearly and we feel confident we made the right decision. Anthony stayed with us in the rain and went over all the necessary information about the car so we could safely drive home with our favorite radio stations and a blue tooth phone connection!

    I was looking for a mazda 3 end of the year clerance so finding the the color I wanted had to be on the lot if you want a good price.after finding the... car I wanted ,,,,some dealers gave you the blank look when they gave you there price that was not a sale price. including some said we had to take their rate percentage or no rebates. But fitz Annapolis Mazda was open to check our credit and based our rate on that. What a concept, right? Couldn't recommend anybody better. Oh yea, didn't mention best price also. Jerry Moore
