    I was in the process of looking for a new Subaru Forester and saw that they were selling the color and trim that I liked. I scheduled and appointment to view the vehicle with the intention of buying. The reason I scheduled an appointment was this dealership is 2.5 hours from my home. I called and confirmed again the vehicle was available before we headed out and told them we were on our way. Over half way to the dealership I received a call from the sales rep that I was scheduled to meet saying he sold the car. And on top of that he sold it 2 hours previous and didn't inform us. He said well we have other ones that are different colors if you would like to see them. The purpose of my scheduling the appointment was to hold the car for me to make this drive to see it and buy it. If that's how you treat costumers before they are even costumers I can only imagine how they treat you once they have your money. Unprofessional.

    From the first call to find out if they still had the vehicle I was interested in to walking out after buying from them, they were incredibly nice and respectful. They stayed late to finish my deal and thanked us for staying late to buy from them. Incredible people. Sales person and finance person were very nice to deal with. Even chatted it up after the sale was final outside at 10pm. Thank you for taking care of us when another dealer didn't want us at 730 at night!

    I have purchased three Suburbans and now an Subaru Outback from Bachman. You can tell immediately that their team is dedicated to the customer. Jeff Smith, salesman at Chevrolet and Debbie Watson at Subaru were both super friendly and helpful. You could not ask for better people to help in the process. Creed Fowler at Chevrolet was truly a professional in my dealings with him. Their internet representatives are also super helpful. Their pricing policies seem both fair and hassle free. The entire experience was just downright pleasant. And it doesn't stop once you've purchased the vehicle. Their service department is excellent and honest. I moved to Louisville in 2005 and bought a Suburban in 2008. In all those years since, all my service experiences have exceeded my expectation. My wife's car is a Mercedes and the Mercedes dealership could learn volumes from Bachman. When its time to replace her vehicle; I'm thinking Tahoe. In summary, I love the Bachman brand!!
