    While I love the car this has been THE WORST experience ever. Purchased a 2009 Jeep from SAM the owner (who's wife used to drive the car) and found AFTER... I PAID CASH for it that there was an outstanding lien on the jeep. After dozens of calls, emails and texts I finally got the title in the mail only after threatening legal action. (Three months after purchase, but still no plates). I had to call to the DMV and found that the title has a lien and no plates were ordered. WHAT? So dozens of more calls, texts and emails, but to no avail. Finally spoke to Sam who committed to MAIL ME the plates... even gave me the plate numbers over the phone. Also missing from the transaction was the SPARE TIRE ? RIM that was in the photo's online, committed to by the sales agent and confirmed with SAM that he was "looking for" a matching rim. STILL NO SPARE, NO PLATES and NO response from these people. Fax number out of order, sales guy's # disconnected, text and email messages get no response. While Sam and his staff are pleasant when you can reach them, the FRUSTRATION and time wasted has been MONUMENTAL. My advise is to BUY YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE!

    We bought a 2005 bmw from there and after 4 months of buying the car it broke down they just want to make a sell knowing that the car wont last and JD... the financial management is very immature he doesn't know how to get a customers point of view he acts like a 2 year old it took them 3 months to even get plates on the car I even got pulled over by police cause they gave me a dealers tag if you want to have the worst car buying experience this is the place to come

    Customer service is bottom on the priority pole. The seller did not care and lost interest as soon as e was asked to find more detail about the car. Would... not provide carfax because "its a long wait on a Saturday."
