Jake was a real joy to work with! He was not pushy and he really seemed like he was more interested in helping us find the right car than making the sale.

The guys at automotive imports when out of there way to get me the car a wanted. Both Jake and Nick were extremely helpful and I plan to continue to use them for all my service needs.

The overall dealership is great. All the cars are very well taken care of and the staff is very friendly. The shop is definitely in great shop and they encourage you to explore it. Free arcade games, mini store, and quite the collection of cool cars. Jake was my car salesman and he really gave me a good vibe. He was very knowledgeable about the car I ended up buying and others that where comparable. It really made my decision easy. I ended up leaving there highly satisfied with my trade and purchase.

This dealership from the beginning was AMAZING! 10/10 recommend purchasing a vechicle from them if you are looking. They take great care of their cars and they are a genuine company with a great team of people. Jake was great, and has continued to reach out making sure everything was working out for me. Jake was a great help from the very beginning. I saw a Lancer on their website that I wanted to test drive, but couldn't get to it until the weekend. Jake kept in touch with me and made sure that the car was there and waiting for me to test. Fell in love with the car, and Jake jumped through hoops to get me the best deal. Very awesome, laid back place. Totally recommend 100%!

Josh was very knowledgeable with all BMW automotive. He was so excited telling me the difference between 28i versus 35i., and showing me and my husband the shop. We ended up buying 2 BMWs from him that day. A little suggestion with car-detailing; in that it needs to be a bit more 'thorough/all-inclusive" where I noticed finger prints and water marks on dashes and doors. I enjoyed working with Josh. He was passionate and knowledgable. The dealership seems to have the service department needed. This is my first BMW that I did not buy from one of the big dealerships.

Although I ended up not purchasing car here, I have to say that these are the real deal. They aren't salesmen, they're car lovers who happen to sell cars. They know what they're talking about and don't push or prod you to do anything. Josh was helping me with a X5 they had in their shop and unfortunately some other guy bought it before i could pull the trigger, but he let me know as soon as it happened and didn't hesitate to call and let me know. After that, he helped with another X5 I found, but that didn't work either. Found one and bought it, and Josh is still texting me asking how it is. Overall, excellent customer service and I will definitely be doing business with Josh and AI in the years to come.

I recently had the service department mount new wheels on my car. The experience was quick, affordable, and enjoyable. The service and interaction with the team was professional. The dealership is a nice place to be if you decide to wait around. Will recommend Automotive Imports to my friends.

I purchased a car from Nick at this dealership. Absolutely no hidden agenda and great customer service from salesman and Owner. Even after my purchase I continue to have my cars serviced here. I live in Colorado Springs.... so to drive an 1hr 15mins to get my car serviced as to where I can go 10mins down the road at the Jag/Range Rover or Porsche dealership says a lot!! The service team Joe, Arnold, Mr T make sure that my vehicles get what they require and show you before any work is completed. I usually wait on my service to be completed and and they always get me IN and OUT!! All around great est!!
