Our electric MINI Cooper SE went dark, applied its

Our electric MINI Cooper SE went dark, applied its brakes, and came to a stop in the rain. We took it to Dreyer & Reinbold MINI, where we bought the car two years earlier, and they sent the case to corporate that afternoon. After nearly 3 months, corporate told us nothing was wrong with the car. The sales manager brought us in to replace the car, but instead of offering us full retail value as we expected, he offered a trade-in. At that point, we found out about a 2024 recall regarding water in the battery making this model stall, and asked corporate and the local MINI dealer to perform a leak test. They both refused. We took their deal because we didn't want to sell the car to an unsuspecting buyer, and we didn't feel safe driving it. Now it is clear to me that they intentionally did not make any attempt to address the real issue, instead choosing to run tests that had nothing to do with water getting into the battery, then gaslighting us by saying the car was fine. And now I wonder if they kept it for 3 months so the battery could dry out before subjecting the car to test drives as they prepare it to be a Certified Used Vehicle. I hope you enjoy your MINIs, like we did for 2 and a half years. Just don't expect the support when you need it, and don't expect them to put your safety first. Note: the Make/Model dropdown for this review had one choice and no MINIs, but I couldn't submit without choosing something.

I will start with, if you live in Indianapolis, Indiana

I will start with, if you live in Indianapolis, Indiana area, and want a Mini, you have to stop in and buy one from Presley. She was one of the best sales people I have worked with. Strong handshake and a big smile. And she knows the cars very well and will work with you to find what you like and will ask you questions that will make you think of thing you did not realize you wanted in a car. I came in two days ago after leasing a car from another place that was a very very bad experience. I spoke to her about the car I was looking at and said I needed to wait until the end of November when my lease of the other car was complete. She said ok and let me test drive the Mini Countryman. Great Car by the way and super lux inside to me. After she asked me more about what was going on and after the conversation she said ok here is my card and give me a call when you are ready. I went home and by the time I got home she sent me a text and said that she was working out a deal for me to get out of my bad situation and in the car I wanted. So she worked it out where they made me a deal that I could not refuse. It was a great deal and today, after thinking it over for one day, I was like I am going to buy a Mini. She made it where I was able to get the car I wanted and get out of the other car and did not do the car salesperson trick where you think you are getting a deal and is not. I actually got the deal she stated I would get. I do not have that feeling I normally get after buying a car. That feeling of (what did I just do???). And the paperwork process was quick. Asked me some information and sent a link to a secure site to start the credit application and stuff before getting there. I have to say that I was very pleased overall with the process of getting the car. This would be the only time that I have purchased a car and did not leave with a headache.

We had a fantastic experience with Dreyer & Reinbold Mini

We had a fantastic experience with Dreyer & Reinbold Mini in July 2025! The car is terrific - obviously. But we were also extremely pleased with the people. Presley Stewart did a fantastic job taking care of us as EV newbies and answering all our questions. And when there was additional follow-up paperwork, Todd Bourff went above and beyond to get the tedious work finished. We're very satisfied! Oh, they also graciously offered me a very face-saving value for my trade-in, which probably was only worth the gas in its tank.

Purchased a 2023 4-door Mini Cooper S today. Super experience, very helpful staff, particularly Virginia, who was patient while I inspected the vehicle and test drove it, and then walked us thru the whole transaction, including working with my preferred lender. Top notch operation.

We love Dreyer & Reinbold!

We love Dreyer & Reinbold! We can say they have always made buying a new car fun! who says that???!! Our new 2025 Countryman Electric is our 5th Mini from them. Presley Stewart kept me updated throughout the ordering process, at pick up taught us all kinds of crazy new features. There is so much to learn that we have a follow-up date. I can say I have a new friend. and BTW our new Mini's name is Fritz... names after the Cincy hippo :)

I stopped in to look at a vehicle not expecting to get the numbers to work. I worked with Virginia and she, not only, made the numbers work, but got the numbers to work better than I expected. She wasn't pushy or forced anything that I didn't want and was phenomenal in answering all the questions I had. And the bonus was that the process was quick. Thank you, Virginia for making the process so easy!

I recently purchased a certified pre owned car from this

I recently purchased a certified pre owned car from this company. When I drove it off the lot I found a number of issues with it. After 15 days in the shop it was not fixed. When I spoke with the new car sales manager on the phone he called me a liar several times and made me feel so incredibly unsafe that I hung up the phone on him. Afterwards I called him back and he never responded. I’ve never regretted purchasing a car more in my life. These people are incredibly mean.

I purchased a used car today, and it was an incredibly

I purchased a used car today, and it was an incredibly easy and completely satisfactory experience. I had already done research on the car, which was very reasonably priced, and was inclined to buy it pending anything out oof the ordinary with a test drive. Virginia Ramey set me up so quickly withthe test drive, with the car out front by the time that I arrived. I was happy with the drive, and everything then proceeded smoothly and quickly thanks to Virginia and the sales team. No weird extras were thrown in, and I was literally off the lot with the car within 90 minutes of showing up for the test drive. Kudos to the team!
