    After having purchased approximately a dozen new vehicles and having owned about 6 or 7 Chevrolet trucks in my life, I would say that without a doubt this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Your outstanding salesman, TOUFIK was very professional, courteous and went above and beyond to show me exactly what I was looking for. He went to additional lengths to prepare the truck with the additional options that I requested and I was very impressed every step of the way. I have already recommended TOUFIK to my friends and I look forward to doing business with him and Classic Chevrolet for many more years. Signed...one very satisfied customer!

    We visited several dealerships in our journey to buy a new car. We liked different aspects of each dealership, but my dad and I found that Classic Chevrolet had the whole package. I especially enjoyed the relationship and helpfulness of our salesman William Barcenas. He did an excellent job in answering our questions and being a trustworthy friend in the process. He should be commended for his helpfulness and the effort he put into winning our trust. I would definitely recommend Classic Chevrolet and William if anyone asks about buying a Chevrolet. I am super excited to be driving a new 2017 Black Hybrid Chevy Malibu!

    Marshal Foote, my sales person, was/ is WONDERFUL - I highly recommend him!! I enjoyed my entire car buying experience!! I drove an hour to buy at Classic Chevrolet because of their reputation, honesty and best vehicle selection in the Dallas/ Fort Worth area. I have recommended my niece and her husband to Classic and they each purchased new vehicles. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car.

    Ken (Salesman) very professional and helpful, Classic body shop manager (Brandon) help and fixed the roof issue I had since car was purchased. Will definitely recommend and purchase future cars at Classic. Best Chevrolet dealer in DFW area.

    The salesman Pete made the following promises: 1. Car Detailed and Cleaned 2. Windshield Fixed (Multiple Cracks) 3. Full Tank of Gas 4. Transmission Flush 5. Alignment Outcome: 1. Car Detailed and Cleaned - How do you detail a car without washing it? 2. Windshield Fixed (Multiple Cracks) - Called windshield company, had no record of speaking with Pete. 3. Full Tank of Gas - Forgot on 3 ocassions 4. Transmission Flush - Can't provide paperwork 5. Alignment - Can't provide paperwork Escalated to Sales Manager Eric E Left a message for Pete on 5/3 said he would return my call in the morning of 5/4. I called at 4:45pm on 5/4 because he had not returned my call. Said he forgot to write down my number and got busy. Said he would take care of it and call me back later. Called at 6:30pm to tell me he didn't have a chance to schedule anything and that he would call me first thing in the morning 5/5. Called at 1:45pm on 5/5 and said he couldn't schedule anything until Tuesday 5/9. Told him I will be returning the car. About the salesman Pete. When I walked in to the dealership, he had my Linkedin Profile on his computer (very concerning). As he proceeded to speak to me, he put smokeless tobacco in his mouth and continued the conversation (very unprofessional in a tobacco free work environment). When I asked him why the car wasn't detailed after the second time, he said his detailing department was very bad. When asked how you can detail a car without washing it, he said well it will have water spots when sitting next to the car wash. Horrible Dealership, will make sure all colleagues and friends know NOT to have service done or buy a vehicle from this company.

    We took our 2006 H3 in for a recall for a malfunctioning motor for the blower of the AC. After looking into the damage we were told that the wiring and harness had melted. (That thought in itself is pretty unnerving.) Our alarm system/remote start/keyless entry for the vehicle is after market and used part of the harness for installation. We were given an ultimatum, we either lose all functions of the alarm system or go on without air conditioning in a family vehicle. The alarm system was removed and would not be placed back in the vehicle without us paying $250. We only asked that they put the alarm back and were met with "it's not our problem " attitude. Surely if you remove an item to fix another you should be able to put it back. This company will make things right but it will cost you. Also what was supposed to take up to an hour took two days. This experience has been disheartening and very inconvenient. We were forced to trade one problem for another which is absolutely unacceptable. Buyers beware.

    Gary Giddens always goes above and beyond to help me get on my way. He is very professional and knowledgeable, and one of the main reasons that I keep coming back to Classic Chevrolet, time after time. 6.5 years into ownership of my Camaro SS and I have brought it to Classic for every single piece of maintenance, for upkeep and for any issues I may have had. Great service and fantastic customer server. Keep it up Classic Chevrolet.

    My wife and I live in Georgetown, TX and found a Suburban for sale at this dealership. We called and spoke to Chris Alvarado and told him that we were interested in the vehicle and would like to come and see it, but didn't want to drive three hours one way only to show up and the car was sold. He told us that he could hold it until 7pm that night. We drove up there and arrived at 6:15pm and walked out with our Suburban keys by 8pm!!! There was zero haggling or negotiation to be had. He was upfront with us and honest! I accidentally left my handicap plaque in our old car and he found it and mailed it to us!! Great guy, great service and great dealership!! We will definitely be buying our next car from them!!!
