If you are looking for a car, don’t waste your time at Grubbs Nissan. My husband and I had the worst experience there. We just moved to Texas and was looking... to purchase a car. We have struggled between buying a used versus new, and finally decided to go with the new 2019 Nissan Rogue. Upon arrival at the dealership, we met up with Jerry Trevino, sat down to go over the car we wanted. Meanwhile, we have done our homework and knew exactly what car and trim level we needed. After looking at the car, we started to negotiate the price. On October 30, we couldn’t agree on the price James Wang quoted. That same day, GM Ethan Lee emailed me wanted to know if I had any questions and/or concerns. I have emailed him and called regarding our conversation with James, but he didn’t bother to call me nor to email me back. On October 31, we went back to the dealership and gave them the counter offer. After some extensive negotiations, we were ready to buy the car. As the day was winding down, my husband and I spoke with Jerry and told him that we were going to grab something to eat and come back, since that deal was until the end of that day. After we ate and was getting ready to head back to the dealership, a family situation arise that needed our attention. Once I realized that we wouldn’t be able to return to the dealership that same night, I have called Jerry to let him know and to notify James of our family situation and to make sure the deal he quoted will still be on a table tomorrow morning (11/1/19). Jerry’s response was, “All good, we will see you tomorrow morning!” The next morning when we arrived, Jerry greeted us and said “Are we ready for the deal?”. Jerry showed us where to wait, he left and James entered. James kept mumbling and we couldn’t understand what he wanted from us nor what he was saying. Long story short, he INCREASED THE PRICE of a car. I asked James if Jerry told him about our family situations and then it was “he said, she said story.” At that point, we left. We will never go back to this place and we wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone!!! P.S Managers, no need to copy and paste how the dealership apologizes for this situation. It's cruel by letting people to fall in love with a car and then when they are ready to buy it, increase the price.
Everyone treated me like a VIP they asked a lot of questions so as to do the best for me also when I bought the truck they were very fair with my trade... in the best car buying experience I’ve ever had
Marian Spencer was an awesome sales person. I called made an appointment and told her what I was looking for and what I had to work with and she assured... she would be able to help. She delivered on her promise. It was fairly simple, straight to the point.
My overall experience was great. Kerry Hilton was a great salesman. The finance department was quick. Just confuse about payment date. Would recommend... them to others.

Ask for ameer in finance he got the payments lower and lower interest than our sales said he went above and beyond for us 2nd time to buy a car from this... dealership and don Davis nissan is a total joke

Had a 20k service done. Jeff N. is my service advisor and has been since 2004. He is now servicing our 3rd and 4th Nissans. Besides the normal oil change,... the car needed a battery replacement due to corrosion and was replaced under warranty. Jeff let me know immediately what was going on as they were working on my car that a battery needed to be replaced and will try to cover under warranty. He is always upfront and thorough with details of the situation in timely that the service is always done right the first time. We trust him that basically we do what he recommends since he will only offer what the car needs and we’ve never encountered any issues with any of our cars. I will go to Grubbs for any of our Nissan needs so as long as Jeff is there.

Brian was an excellent customer service tech. He was honest about my repair, courteous ending the transaction with a thank you for choosing us for your... vehicle repair. He was attentive and listened to my input with the concern of my vehicle as quick as I pulled into the bay. He was very patient and quick to be of service helping me explain the breakdown of the estimate to a couple loved ones I reached out too. No, trying to upsell any other unnecessary repairs. Focused on the issue at hand and what worked best for my finances. The clerk who completed my transaction with my payment was phenomenal with his customer service as well. He was definitely all about me as a customer and not a number. While waiting, I really enjoyed the peaceful, friendly environment of passer by employees making a point to say hi to every customer waiting asking them if there was anything they needed while they waited. The story of how I ended up at your facility is a crazy, lengthy one but one definitely to always be remembered and grateful for. I feel so blessed by your location after everything I had encountered prior to arriving in my day. Thank you so much for hiring such wonderful employees whom seem to all be great assets to your company.
