Every time I visit the dealership I am treated like a family member, they always greet me with a smile they go above and beyond their call of duty. I recently... went in to have my windshield replaced and while My vehicle was there they went ahead and change my Oil and rotated my tires, I didn’t even know it until after I read the receipt. I called Frank Kent Cadillac service department for the 7500 mile oil change on Sept 21 I arrived about 8:30am and waited on promptly. Service completed... and I was on my way home by 10:00am! Good job Service Team!

This visit was very fast and efficient! I went in for an inspection and and an oil change and I was out in less than an hour. It was also wonderful to... get my car back with a clean interior and exterior since it had been raining a few days prior to my visit!
