    It has taken two service visits to repair my car. I think the original problem has been addressed as the car is not doing the jerky movement. Debbie D.,... service advisor, has been great to work with. She kept me informed each step of the way.

    Debbie was fantastic! Was put in a loaner until service was completed. Only took a couple of days. Was notified as soon as car was ready and picked it... up after work and returned loaner with no issues.

    Went to dealership to test drive a CT6. They didn't have the exact car I wanted but found it quickly and brought it in. Great service from all departments!... LOVE my CT6 and looking forward to taking it in for the first regular service.

    When I moved to Fort Worth, I took my CTS4 to Frank Kent for service. I was so impressed by their staff and service that when I decided to trade in my... CTS, I went directly to Frank Kent. Working with Cory was great. I am now a proud owner of an XT4 and Frank Kent is my preferred dealership. Everyone I met was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.
