We puschaced our new (had 16 miles on it) xt4 about 6 weeks ago. Frank Kent has had it back 6 times for te same issue. The bluetooth will not connect. Actually it does work about 1/3 of the time. We have done all the things we were told that should be done to fix this problem. We have talked with Matt, the service manager so many times, he will not take our calls or return our call. We spoke wit Nick, new car sales manaver, he says he will call back, but does not. Our last call, days ago Nick said he was turning this over to Josh

Defective paint and wheels
I purchased my first Cadillac from Frank Kent less than two years ago. I have had on going issues with the paint job and the finish of the wheels. They admitted that the wheels were defective and they took 3 of the 4 wheels and had them "fixed". I did not realize they left one undone until I got home. It's been 6 months since the wheels were supposedly fixed and they are now chipping. I took the vehicle back and they are completely declining to repair them properly. This is not what I expected from them. They do not return calls when they say they will. When I asked through text for an update, they sent me a screen shot of the diagnostic read out like I'm supposed to know what the codes are. A $45k cadillac and less than 2 years and 30k miles later my garage kept cadillac's wheels look horrible with no solution or warranty honored on them. I will no longer do business with Frank Kent Cadillac

Poor Product and Representation
Dropped my ATS off for the third time in 2020 on DEC 10th for engine related issues. Although the engine and powertrain is covered under the warranty; the dealership did in fact replace the engine. The engine had catastrophic internal damage which resulted in the loss of the engine under 70k miles. However, pieces of the internal parts of the engine broke apart and ended up in my exhaust and destroyed the catalytic converter. The service writer Danny Dreier then calls me on Jan 26th to inform me that not only did parts of the engine destroy my catalytic converters, it also destroyed my GM ordered upgraded exhaust. Now, the warranty covered the motor and the catalytic converters but did not cover the highly expensive exhaust that was ordered from Frank Kent and installed by Frank Kent and damaged by the GM motor. It's very frustrating to have to pick up your vehicle almost two months later from a dealership service center and it not be the same as you dropped it off.
