The WORST DEALERSHIP ever avoid buying from these people, the sales manager and the sales people are thiefs and they wont hesitate to steal from you, be... careful with this location. Don ivie and Mauricio battaLAME are a bunch of pathetic crooks! Do not trust a word they say because they will end up changing everything and not keeping their word. STAY AWAY!!
Bought a car last week from Meghan Drake. Meghan was awesome. She is everything you always wished a car salesman would be. She was friendly, kind, courteous,... honest, upfront, respectful of my time and attentive to my needs. There was absolutely zero pressure throughout the entire process. I have bought many cars during my lifetime, and this was the first time that I actually enjoyed the experience! Meghan is my car salesman for life!
Recently purchased a 2012 Honda Accord from this dealership and am very greatful for the service I received! They were very patient with me and assisted... every step of the way. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good quality used car.
SM, thank you for the wonderful review. We are delighted you love your Accord! We wish you many miles of memories.
I want to put out a great thanks to service advisor Jeff McDowell. He has went above and beyond to give us the most exceptional extraordinary automotive... service we have ever had. After receiving a bad oil change from Walmart my Toyota Prius engine blew. It was an 07' but only had about 70k miles on it. Getting Walmart to finance the repair was the worst, they did so many maneuvers and tacktets to avoid financing the repair, despite fault, but we were so blessed to have Jeff McDowell advocate for us and it was his persistence that really made it possible to get everything we needed to be safe on the road. When Walmart tried to short us by providing only partial payment for the damage they did to our car Jeff McDowell and the service director Jeff McGarr of Toyota of Fort Worth looked out for us and were even kind enough to waive much of the labor cost to get us rolling again. My Prius is an 07' so they ended up replacing the engine, hybrid battery, some oxygen sensors, hoses, and even a faulty headlight to restore it to perfect condition. It runs like brand new now and I am pleased to pass it down to our teen student as reliable transportation. I am so impressed by the service of our advisor Jeff McDowell, he made the process so simple and easy for us, we were so lucky to have him managing our case, by the end of it all he literally had our cell number memorized from putting in so much time and effort on our case so he deserves a trophy for that alone and truly everyone on service Director Jeff McGarr's whole team were amazing. Toyota of Fort Worth is like no other. They are an honest caring group that go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. Everyone from repair techs, management, administration, and everyone in between, from start to finish were so professional, did a wonderful job, and they all worked so hard for us. We were treated like family and I know I can trust them to be honest, work hard, and do great work at fair prices. Even if there are better prices out there I will never again waste my time trusting anyone else but Toyota of Fort Worth for all my car maintenance and repair needs. Toyota of Fort Worth from the Barnes Family to yours, Thank You all so much. In us you have customers for life.
What a terrible experience they would not negotiate in the price. They said they would pay for tires over the phone then when we arrived they said it would... be to expensive so they would only pay us half of the cost for the tires. Then when it came to finance time they reduced that amount again to even less. While we were waiting for the loan process I sat in their open showroom and listened to sales pitches they were running off to the others customers . There were people in there willing to put a decent amount of money down and twice they came back asking for more down payment. Our deal didn’t go through they wanted 3000.00 more of a down payment. And instead of adjusting the price to work with us and make the deal happen they just asked us for more money. All dealerships are greedy in this state but these guys are more greedy than most. Save your money go somewhere else!!!!
I recently bought a new 4-Runner and had the WORST experience EVER! New management has taken what was once a great dealership experience (I had purchased... three other vehicles in the past) and turned it into a group of con-artists only interested in sticking it to you and moving on to the next sucker. They employ cheesy sales techniques, have terrible organization, and the finance side is incompetent. Run away from these guys to any other Toyota dealer before giving them ANY info on you. They are over the top with aggression once they have your contact info. They kept blowing up my voicemail, emails and texting to the point of paranoia. When you walk in the door (after setting an appointment), they have you set down at a table (upgrade assistance HA!) with a female who must be the lowest paid employee there because she doesn't have a clue and wants to collect your personal info. Beyond that, they get you with a salesman who then turns you over to another salesman (again cheesy) which then talks to you briefly while watching the other sales guys milling around and then shows you what he has on the lot. After that, he asks for all of the same personal info again, and tries to get you to like something less than what your looking for. He tries getting you to lease, getting you to accept a lot higher interest rate, and payment, and then asks you to sign your name to a line drawn with an X as a commitment to buy. When I refused, he went back to his manager and came back to actually ask me if I could leave two hundred dollars instead as a good faith deposit. NEVER have I EVER had BS like that pulled on me before! When I called him on his obviously poor sales techniques, he replied that he was only doing his job. How does that make me feel as a customer? I only bought the car after getting up and walking away numerous times only to have them concede on things like the payment and terms. Please do not do business with these idiots until Toyota realizes how bad that they are and replaces the ownership group with a more professional operation.
Have bought several vehicles here before. Salesman great, service department good, facilities nice......the worst financing experience. Go get your own... from other source. Terrible...rude..unprofessional....Did my research before I got there ....I knew the interest rates....was given a high rate with an 800 credit score..??? Are you serious????? when I questioned him, attitude, defense and rudeness set in...I went and got my own financing at the rate he told me wasn’t even available or possible, all within an hour. I have never been talked to like that in any dealership and I have owned many different kinds of vehicles in my many years of buying....not to say I am old, but I am not a rookie or first time buyer by any means.
I went to purchase a used corrola advertised as 13500. There was a hidden reconditioning fee for 1500 actually making the price 15000. Classic bait and... switch.
On October 15, 2018, I visited this auto dealership with the main intention to trade in a vehicle and get another one (Stock: WHP541577). Just to clarify... I was a repeat customer. The price for the vehicle that I wanted to buy on www.cars.com was $2,150.00 cheaper than the official web-page from the dealership. They honor this price, understanding this an action (Standard Rule) that dealership will do, to have a business with the client. After returning from the test drive, we got the trade in value offer obviously was lower of expected. After I complain as a customer, they offered more money and max out to $1,800 more. However, in the sale estimate paper, the price for the vehicle I was interested in was honored but was this fee (Used Restocking) for approximately $1,200.00 which would be added to the final price. My complaint was that Used Restocking fee. I understand was an excessive amount and false advertisement due on www.cars.com on the Seller Notes the dealership stated a 100% transparent pricing. Sales consultant Ms. Denise Hernandez provided excellent customer service and demonstrated knowledge related to the auto dealership. Be aware of this hidden fees "Used Restocking fees"! Documents and Taxes fees are a different subject.
I went into look at a pre-owned Tundra that was advertised for $17,000. After I test drove it and decided to purchase it, they tried to sneak in an $1,800... "Reconditioning fee" and then had the nerve to claim they were upfront about their pricing. I bought the truck after having the fee removed. The truck only had one key and one fob so I bought after market replacements hoping they would cut the keys and program the fobs as a courtesy. Nope, they charged me $80 for about 15 minutes of work.
