Great service. My service specialist was very knowledgeable and friendly. She explained everything to me that was needed without being pushy. I was in and out in a timely manner.

November 22,2025 I drove off in a nice 23 Camry.

November 22,2025 I drove off in a nice 23 Camry. Twenty two days later after multiple hard inquiries on my credit report, I’m notified that funding fell through. I notified the GM via email and he agreed that I should have been notified. However I was totally honest with the financial department before starting this process. Here it is 1/6/26 and two more inquiries were made even though we ended up with the original financial company. I’m not happy with this process or dealership.
