    We have bought our last five vehicles at Toyota of Ft. Worth. Arron Ball, our salesman is the best. Josh and Jay were great to work with and gave us a great deal. Kevin in finance was awesome too. No complaints!!! Love this company.

    Went in for consumption test. Will find out quality of work after driving the car 1100 miles. Lady working at service was nice and helpful. Every male I delt with lacked customer skills, not even a smile. Waited for over 20 minutes before being attended too. Car was returned to me without an explanation that I had to bring the car back after it was driven 1,100 miles but before 1,300 miles. Had to ask for the explanation. Wrong set of keys was given to me. Went back in the service office. Service person made a comment that the person who brought the key must have been dyslexic (really!). Was given the right key without as much as a sorry.

    Toyota of Fort Worth has been our go to dealer for years. We have bought 4 vehicles from them. After the last experience, we may be switching. Sales people were not attentive and no communication between the reception and sales team. They appeared to be arguing in a corner rather than helping customers. We prearranged a test drive but the car and staff were not there at the appointment time. They got our names wrong and didn't follow through on several agreements. What's going on at this dealership? They used to be so good.

    Buying our Sienna from Toyota of Fort Worth was excellent! I typically HATE buying a car. I do as much research online as I can prior to visiting dealership, because I have just never had a great experience. This was very different. From the time our sales person Aaron Ball met us at the door to the time we drove out of the lot with our new Sienna it was around two hours. That includes searching the available vehicles on the lot, test driving the Sienna we wanted and signing the paper work. I had spent a longer time than that with other dealers that I did not purchased from that day. It was all really smooth transaction with no pressure. I also got survey in the mail a couple of days later asking me about my experience and for how they could make their process better. Aaron also emailed me thanking me for my business and told me to let him know if I ever need anything. I have never received customer care follow ups from a dealer after I drove off the lot. I got a really great deal on my Sienna and the customer service and ongoing Toyota Care is excellent! Also be sure to ask for Aaron Ball he was professional, knowledgeable, and took good great of us.

    I found a car online and they scheduled a test drive saying the car would be ready for me. I arrived on time and waited at a man's desk while they located the car? Ended up waiting for 30 minutes and was about to walk out when they found it... it had only been on the lot for about a week and they had not cleaned it or anything yet. Just seemed like they were trying to get me in the door. It wasn't completely horrible, just wasn't a great experience.
