They really have very nice quality and clean cars, we are very pleased with our purchase of our 2012 MBZ GLK. Easy process to complete the sale and take delivery - found the car online and drove from St Louis to pick it up.

Not a trustworthy dealership. Agreed to price and terms...

Not a trustworthy dealership. Agreed to price and terms over the phone and text. Was asked to initiate financing application to hold car. Filled app out and never got a straight answer from anyone. Finally got a hold of the manager on day 3 only to find out the car was sold. Dishonest staff and people. Avoid this dealer.

Most unprofessional sales experience I've had

I had engaged the dealership to discuss a car found on CarGurus. We had chatted over a period of a couple weeks, asking questions, learning about the vehicle, agreeing on price. Ultimately, we landed on an offer, I committed, and asked the dealership to let me know what to send - license, insurance, payment, etc, and purchased a flight to come out to pick the vehicle up. By the next afternoon, the dealership 'forgot' they had agreed to sell me the vehicle and sold it to someone else. The dealership then proceeded to ghost me for the day - not responding to texts, etc, until I finally called to figure out what was going on. When I could finally get in touch, I spoke with the owner - who simply noted they screwed up, but they would look into it. The dealership again ghosted me for another day - not responding to texts, calls w/messages, etc. When I finally got back in touch with the 'owner', the story was the same - sorry about our ineptitude. Shoppers beware: - Dealership isn't buttoned up basic processes - which means they're likely to mess up / miss something in the larger process that will affect either your buying or ownership of a vehicle - When the dealership begins texting you, you are not always talking to the same person. This means you're likely to get the runaround when you think you've agreed to something with one person - Nothing 'modern' about their processes - just like working with those old-school used car dealers we've all dreaded engaging. Look for a franchise dealer or Carvana if you want a modern & accountable experience.

Quick and Easy, Awesome Experience!

Fantastic service. Whole process was very easy and seamless. Walked in to test drive and had a deal finished shortly afterwards. Will highly recommend to anyone shopping for a replacement vehicle.

Fast, Easy, Awesome Experience

My wife and I drove 6.5 hours from Indiana to buy a car. Great experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Car was extremely clean inside and out.

Nightmare Experience. SUV in shop soon after purchase.

We purchased an SUV for our daughter and the car has been in the shop ever since. She drove it less than 500 miles before it left her stranded on the interstate one evening. We had it towed to a mechanic and he said there are numerous issues with the engine and transmission and it did not just happen in the few weeks she drove it. The transmission is shuddering and smells like it is burning. Also an oil gasket leaks, the AC is no longer cold and the lights are dim which he said could be alternator issues. Waiting on the bill now. Like I said, a nightmare and will be very costly.

Great People Makes A Geat Company

My wife and I both drove 4hrs from AR to buy a car and every thing about our experience was just GREAT. From meeting Don the owner to meeting Brandon in financing it was just an over all great experience.
