    I do not know that both of your mechanics were out the week i took my truck in for repairs.I brought my truck in on a monday and it wasnt ready until the following monday.When you did get it into the shop it only took half a day to repair.One full week with the truck just sitting idle in your parking lot is really not good for me or for your customers needs.No loaner car was offered therefore leaving me without transportation for a week.I do hope you people dont think this is a good way to run a business.Had i been told there wasnt a mechanic to work on my truck i would have taken it to a different dealership.

    I can't imagine a car buying experience ever being any easier. We've bought lots of cars in the past, but my last two have been through James Wood with Josh Jones.     The initial contact started out as many Internet car searches do, fill out a form or two, it gets sent to 5 or more dealerships, and then you get swamped with calls and email. Dave Stafford immediately asked the key question 'what do you need in a vehicle?' rather than dump several examples of what he thought I needed into my lap. Based on our discussion over the phone, he suggested a nicely equipped Traverse that was the color I thought my wife would like. Unfortunately, it was not a color my wife liked, so we took a quick tour around the lot and found another Traverse, nicely equipped, that she did like. Dave wasn't able to apply all of the incentives that he could to the original, but he still knocked the price down by six grand after our trade and also got us a 0-percent loan. We went from 'looking' to 'purchased a new car' in about two hours, no hard sell, no crazy promises. This is how buying a car should work.

    Our salesperson, Dee Ann, was absolutely excellent. We went in wanting a new Cadillac Escalade and she put together the whole deal quickly and easily. They had an excellent selection and it was truly a no hassle buying experience.
