We purchased a 2025 Cadillac XT5.

We purchased a 2025 Cadillac XT5. We really enjoyed the whole experience. Robert was extremely personable and helpful throughout the entire process. And when the time comes, we intend to return to Robert and this dealership for our next Cadillac. We will definitely recommend to our friends.

Very easy to deal with, and prices were fair.

Very easy to deal with, and prices were fair. The truck I purchased had some minor issues. So, we will see if the service department can follow through. However, everything was well-documented and easy to understand. The trade-in offer was higher than what was expected and was on the very high end of the KBB estimate. Everyone involved was very friendly and honest. Additionally, the fastest and easiest car-buying experience I've ever had. If my experience with the service department is similar, I will easily become a lifelong customer.

Always a 5-Star Experience at Tom Clark Auto Park! From the moment I walked in, someone literally opened the door for me, talk about a great first impression! 👏 They offered me a beverage & snacks (yes, snacks!), had great music playing & the vibe was just fun. Everyone was smiling, friendly & welcoming, no hovering, no pressure, just good energy all around. What I loved most was how relaxed the whole process felt. They let me & my husband talk things through on our own, answered every question honestly & even let us take the vehicle home overnight to really see if we loved it. Who does that anymore?! This is our 3rd vehicle from Tom Clark Auto Park & we also bring all our vehicles here for service. They’re always transparent, with no hidden fees, no games, just honest people who genuinely care. Our daughter’s up next for a vehicle & you better believe we’ll be coming right back here! 🚗💨 If you’re tired of the typical pushy dealership vibe, go see these folks.
