The dealership is such a downgrade from most other dealerships but we looked past that when we bought my Murano, Platinum. Turns out it is a reflection... of the dealership and the people who run it. The GM, Justin Schiller is absolutely terrible and doesn't return phone calls. The service guys even tried leaving messages on his desk for us as well as we left him a few voicemails. The reason: the sales people told us it had a particular feature and that we just needed to bring it back in at our convenience to fix it (brand new car). That is what we did and now they say that it turns out it doesn't have the auto tailgate. We were told the Platinum had it all. Long story short, buy the car but not from them.

I recently bought a 2007 Saturn View from Autocom Nissan of Walnut Creek and could not have been happier with their service. They were able to offer me... a reasonable price on a reliable car and me being a first time buyer, I was extremely satisfied that they were able to offer me financing at a reasonable monthly payment. I love my car, and I am extremely satisfied with my experience working with this dealership.
After going to 3 different dealers I drove to Walnut Creek from San Jose because they had the lowest price. I looked online and saw they had 50+ Altima's.... I purchased a Certified Nissan Altima and they paid me more than I wanted for my trade in. Chris Ramey and the staff are like a family and made my purchase awesome. I have purchased three new cars from Chris Ramey. I live in Garberville, CA. 65 miles south of Eureka, CA. I just purchased my new car on 3/25/2015.... I drove all the way to Walnut Creek to do business with Chris. I know he will treat me fair and he is willing to negotiate. I couldn't even get a dealer near Garberville to come close to the price I paid through Chris. I told my boss about Chris and my history with him and a week later he purchased a new car from Chris also. I have spread the word. If you are looking for a new car go see Chris Ramey. It is worth the time you spend driving to Walnut Creek.

This was the worst Auto Dealer I have ever dealt with. After searching the internet and car lots for the past 6 months I finally found the vehicle I had... been looking for at Autocom Nissan of Walnut Creek. Test drove the vehicle and was interested in purchasing the car. At that time the vehicle had been on their lot for 54 days. The purchasing process was started and the negotiation process began. After a couple of days of numerous e-mails between the salesperson and myself, the price, interest rate and payment were set. Due to the Holiday I was not able to pick up the vehicle until that upcoming weekend. The salesperson kept in contact each day and answered any questions I had about the vehicle. The weekend came and I was very excited about going to get the vehicle. The salesperson was in e-mail contact with me twice on that Saturday continuing to answer questions about the vehicle.. Needless to say a hour prior to going to get the vehicle the salesperson in a e-mail continued to answer a question regarding the vehicle and a little blurp at the bottom of the e-mail read ... The car is no longer available it was just SOLD!!! Needless to say I was not happy. Considering we were in the middle of a transaction the salesperson did not even give me the courtesy of a phone call or e-mail to let me know there may be another party interested in the vehicle. Buying a vehicle can be a very stressful experience to begin with dealing with applications, financing managers, negotating price and interest rates is never pleasant but when you throw in extreemly poor customer service it really sours the experience. Common courtesy would have been to contact me and notify me of the situation. To this date I have left numerous phone messages for the Sales Manager to contact me regarding this situation but he has not made any attempts to contact me. Due to this Dealerships extreemly poor practices I will no longer support Nissan or purchase a NIssan Vehicle. As a matter of fact I purchased my new Ford Mustang today!!!

Just so you know this car was on clearance and when this happens we get people from every area trying to by the car. As you said you were looking for this car for 6 months but you still needed to negotiate? This vehicle as I said was on clearance and your negotiating for days on a already reduced car made you loose the deal. I tell all my customers when you find a good deal buy the car or you will negotiate so much you will loose the car. We had a customer come in 2 days later and buy it for the asking price.
