    I called this dealer directly from cars.com on a Ram 1500 out of Dallas, Texas and I could tell a difference from the beginning!! Conner Polk will not waste your time, he and his dad Trent will defiantly shoot you straight. You can by pass all the metroplex back and forth games and take 50 min drive to save hours in the car buying process. I will 100% be back!! If you're in the market for a new or used car go see Conner and tell him Jason Houston sent you!!

    The Service Department took care of front crank shaft oil seal on 6.4 powerstroke free of charge, also made me aware of the belts needing to be replaced. Service Manager told me sense the belts were going to be coming off during the shaft seal replacement, that i would only have to pay for the cost of the belts and not the labor to replace them. With service and honesty like this, Customers keep coming back year after year. Thanks Glen Polk..Keep up the good work.

    I have had my 08 f250 6.4 serviced for the last 3 yrs. only at Glen Polk Ford Service dept. I recently took it in for a oil change and was told that the Crank Shaft seal was leaking and needed to be replaced. After the oil service i drove the truck home and it sat for three days, I checked the oil level on the third day and noticed that the level was way up above the MAX mark on the oil stick.I called Glen Polk and explained they put in too much oil, took it back and they checked the service ticket and told me they had put 16 quarts in the truck. I explained the truck only takes 15 quarts MAX with filter,not 16, they have been putting 16 quarts of oil in for the last 3 yrs. After talking to service advisor they had the 6.0 and 6.4 Powerstrokes set up in computer to take 16 quarts of oil not 15. TOO MUCH OIL CAUSES SEAL FAILURE!! You would think a ford dealer would know how much oil there trucks takes? Or if they don't know,They should have checked the oil level after changing oil?

    My car went down shortly after the 4th of july took it to my local mechanic and he said its a dealership problem .So I took it to Glenn Polk these guys was awesome talked with Eric in service dept and he said might be a week in two days he calls with the problem and the amount to fix it and in a day and a half was driving it home.Will continue with these guys better service more honest and friendly than the dealership I bought the car from.

    When I walked into Glenn Polk Ford, I was in the market for a new Ford Truck, but wasn't exactly sure which model to select. That's when Chris McCarrell, Colt Weatherby, and Ford Yeager stepped in with their knowledgeable expertise and made my decision relatively easy. They had a relaxed sales approach, and I never felt pressured to pick a particular truck. They gave me a great deal, and I drove away with a truck that I love! It was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I would definitely recommend this dealership to any prospective buyers. Thanks Glenn Polk Ford

    We were in the dealership to buy a truck. Everyone was very nice, we just feel like they need some TRAINING in Customer Service. The buying process took 6 hours, we were there from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm . We were not even offered so much as a glass of water! The workers all came in at 12 to eat lunch and we could have run to a fast food place, but there was NO communication. They kept saying it will only be a bit longer, which kept stretching to hour after hour. Glenn Polk staff- You could at the very LEAST give your customers a bottle of water, not have them walk in the rain to the finance office, and communicate better to your customers about the time. Hungry, thirsty customers are unhappy customers. We'll go someplace else next time.

    I have 2001 Ford Sport Trac bought new at Glenn Polk Dealer in Gainesville TX. I noticed that the body mounts to frame have just falling apart. I called the dealer and they said theres no recall or help from dealer.Theres no reason for this to happen except poor quality and workmanship.
