came in to get it looked at and was told to come back when part came in would be about 2 hour 4 hours later they came back told me they couldn't fix it... had to have more parts the tech Patrick had drill and drill and messed up something else I called back up and talk to one of the mangers and was told the services manger would call me back never did so I'm reaching out to channel 4 news

We bought our 2009 300 from these people and have only used them to do oil changes and service, EVER. Last week the car was leaking oil on the driveway... so I jacked it up to check before taking it in. The oil filter was loose and leaking oil from the last change. I decided to check the plug while under the car and determined it was cross threaded. After 3 calls to the dealer I asked to speak to the service manger and explained the issue. They said they felt like they could not take responsibility for the problem. Previously they cracked the pressure sensor during a repair of a flat tire and we had to foot the bill. After 9 years of this dealer being the only group to maintain this car making thousands of dollars off of us, they take no responsibility. We will never do business with them again and I would advise caution to anyone that plans to. If I could rate negative or 0 I would.
Hello User1,Thanks for contacting our Service Manager, Charles Smith on the phone about your car problems. We reviewed your service records and notice...d that your last oil change at our dealership was in June of 2018. We cannot take any responsibility for your problems for two reasons. First, a loose oil filter would have depleted your engine of oil after only minutes of driving. Secondly, a stripped oil plug would have been noticed during your last oil change. At that time we would have informed you that it was in need of replacement since it probably could not have been driven after the oil change. This would mean only one thing: that you have had work done related to the oil pan plug and filter after your visit here in 2018. If these problems had been caused by us, you would have had oil leaking within hours of the oil change. We value your business and hope that we can be of assistance to you in the future.

On April 12th, 2019 I began the process of purchasing a 2017 Mini Cooper (VIN #WMWXP7C0H3B94212) from Rockie Williams Premier Dodge. Since I am out of... state ( located in Wisconsin) it took two days to get everything the way they requested it. I sent a cashier's check by overnight mail to pay for the vehicle, which they received on April 13th, 2019. After a few documents being signed and emailed, I had the vehicle picked up and driven to me in Wisconsin. Once I received the vehicle I found out the dealership did not provide me with any of the paperwork, or title / title transfer documents. After countless ignored phone calls, I spoke with a manager today (4/18/2019) only to find out they do not have the title yet. The manager laughed at me and told me that this is a standard practice and I was told " you will get it when you get it". I have purchased multiple vehicles outside of the State of Wisconsin and never encountered this. She said it could be a few weeks. At no point in the negotiations and purchase process did they tell me that they did not have the title to this vehicle. They were also clearly aware that I planned on financing the vehicle with my local bank to replenish my account after the purchasing it in full. In order to finance the vehicle I need the title, as I need to be able to show ownership of the vehicle. To add insult to injury, Jeremy Brooks and Hans Keener (the Rockie WIlliams associates that facilitated the sale) will not even take my calls. Not only has this caused my cash flow to be impacted, but both personally and professionally I find this practice to be deceitful. According to management this happens all of the time. I paid them $21,420 in good faith and they are not returning that courtesy or treating the interaction as anything outside of a standard purchase. I am hundreds of miles away now, and I have real concerns if I am ever going to see the title, let alone in a timely fashion.

First, although you found it frustrating, by Tennessee law we could not turn the car over to your shipper until we received confirmation of your coverage. Your state laws may be different. Additionally, our title processing policy normally calls for 10 to 14 business days, especially on used vehicles. This protects you and our dealership from any unknown liens that may still exist on a pre-owned vehicle. Please understand that our administration department is working to expedite the remaining documents that we emailed to you for signatures after we received your funds. Brian, we can assure you that our intention is to provide you and every person who visits us with the best in customer care. We value your business and appreciate the process of buying from out-of-state. Your title and pre-signed documents will be in your hands shortly.
This dealership is beyond UNETHICAL. Last week I purchased a 2017 Mini Cooper from them. Since I am out of state I had overnighted them a cashiers check... planning to finance the vehicle the following week with my local bank and the next day I arranged for transport. Once I received the vehicle I found that they did not send any of the paper work or title. Now after a week of getting the run around from Hans Keener and Jeremy Brooks I finally spoke with what I believe to be a manager Kelly she informed me that they do not have the title yet. THEY SOLD ME A CAR WITHOUT THE TITLE? Not at all legal. When I pressed her for an ETA she rudely informed me she did not have one but once they get it she will overnight it. I understand it takes time to clear titles but at no point did they tell me they did not have it. Furthermore they should not have sold it until they had one. I was laughed at and informed this is a very common practice. Now I have to wait weeks to get the vehicle financed and to add insult to injury they ignored my calls when I was simply trying to inquire about the documents. Thinking it was a simple mistake that can be handled in a day. This company has horrible customer service from top down and does not operate ethically. After seeing how they operate on the paperwork end I can not imagine what corners they cut with the actual vehicle.

Took a new Grand Caravan in for a windshield leak. Showed the water and frost on the inside of the windshield to the service manager. "This is an easy... one" Make an appointment and we'll have our windshield people come out. Well I did they came and wouldn't fix it because they couldn't duplicate the leak. Even with pictures they refused, contact Dodge and got the same response if it can't be duplicated they won't fix it. I have never in my life seen a leak that fixed itself.
They did a good job on replacing the heater coil. My only complaint is that the interior had black grease spots everywhere, but I did get some cleaner... and managed to get it off..
