I stopped by for lunch a...nd came back to the office with a new car ready for pick up at the end of the day. Everyone was so nice, they opened doors and greeted me. And this happens every time I came back to the dealership. Noah picked a selection of cars for me before I came and made the selection process very simple. He only showed me cars that I could afford, which I truly appreciated. He then worked with my financial needs to make the purchase possible. Now, I also had a wonderful experience with John King who showed me the cars and went test driving with me. He was so knowledgeable about the cars that he helped with making my decision on which car I wanted. Once I purchased the car, John took me to my car and showed me the ins and outs of the car. Connected me to all the devices. It was late and he wasn't bothered at all. I received an email from John the very next day making sure I didn't need anything and he made sure he was available for anything I needed. Good customer service is hard to come by, but I truly found it at Jim Browne Chervrolet!

My son is a student at USF in Tampa. His car needed to be towed to Jim Browne Chevrolet for a no-start issue. Service manager Andrew Gentile fielded ...my call as I alerted him that Allstate Roadside Assistance was towing my car to him. I received a call from Andrew Gentile stating that the tow truck driver had caused damaged to the front of my car while he (Allstate tow truck driver) was unloading it. He observed the whole thing. Andrew and his team were instrumental in conducting business with Allstate and myself in getting the no-start problem with my car repaired and using their body shop to repair my car as well. On the part of Jim Browne Chevrolet??? service & bodyshop...I bow to their greatness!!! In the area today with such ridiculous nonsense and incompetence it???s good to know that there is still a fantastic Chevrolet dealership that you can go to and trust.

It took a couple of hours to finalize the deal after we agreed to buy the vehicle. We also had a problem with paint damage apparently from tape remova...l. We had to drive 1 -1/2 hours to their body shop in Zepher Hills so they could look at it then 45 minutes to Tampa so they could replace the part. What a waste of time and gas.
