Very Friendly Accomodating Staff
This was an online interaction but the staff was as accommodating as can be. We are 127 miles away and wanted as many details as possible to determine if it'd be worth the drive. They did everything to help us make that decision.

2019 Buick Tour X
We enjoyed the country make it happen attitude this dealership provided us. We drove 70 miles out from Weatherford to look at the Tour X we found online. The salesman Immediately informed us that they had the car and would honor the online price. They didn’t try to play games and and after a small amount of dickering we had a deal and a new Buick to drive home. It was refreshing to find a dealership that still operates like this.

False advertising
My wife found a vehicle of interest advertised by Bayer. Upon arrival to view it, learned vehicle advertised was sold 3 weeks prior according to lot personnel. Wasted time, gas, money, etc.

Bait and switch on offers and fiancing
Shady watch out for bait and switch tactics! With deals and financing. Yes here is the price out the door. Yes we offer that financing option, yes its posted on the Chevy website, yes it's on commercials, yes it's on all of our webpages. Oh wait your on the way here, okay just to let you know we cant offer you that price and that financing option, yes I know it has 20 hail Mark's and it clearly states that is why it's a lower price and it's a year old. But we cant do both, oh by the way your trade in will be below average, after I promised you a fair trade value. Steer clear, the country facade ways got me, dont make the same mistake! 20 hours of time and a credit check with an 800 score and they still tried to backdoor me

Awesome service!
Awesome experience all around!! Have bought 3 vehicles from Dement!! The process is always smooth and hassle free!!! Being a military family they have gone above and beyond for us because we are not local and have delivered vehicles and even picked them up and brought them back when service was needed! Love dealing with Brian and the service department they are amazing and always take care of my needs!! And they have a knack for fixing it right the first time!! I don’t try at anybody else to work on my vehicles! Would recommend to anyone you won’t be disappointed

WATCH OUT!
I went to look at two used cars and NEITHER car was available. One car had been sold for months and one was in the shop with an oil leak. Salesperson knew I was traveling a distance. I burned half a day and half a tank of fuel for NOTHING!
