Terrific People, Terrific Experience

We just purchased a used car from the Exclusive Automotive Group and have purchased other cars from them over the past 20 years. The service has always been great. We have always sought out Brendon Wright and especially Regina Posillico to work with and they have alway been terrific, even when we’re just shopping for a car and not yet ready to buy. If you want the best car shopping experience ask for them by name. We must again praise the car shopping experience we just had with our current purchase thanks to Brendon’s and especially Regina’s hard work and dedication to make our experience pleasurable and rewarding — both before and after our purchase.

Deception

They advertise a 300k Bentley with 4500 miles as new. That's about 5 months of driving every day. 4500 miles is not new. Whether or not the car was previously titled and the miles came from the owner of the dealership driving the car for 5 months is irrelevant. That's deceptive.

Great experience

Bought a 2023 Range Rover from Steven. Experience went great. Deceived to have the car wrapped and sealed. They brought me a loaner and picked up and returned my car to me. Top notch!

From the moment you walk in to this elegant yet casual showroom you immediately feel comfortable and ready for a special experience. Everyone you encounter greets you pleasantly. I worked with Steve Arnold and he was professional and fun to interact with. He gave a comprehensive introduction to the Bentayga and allowed me to have a thorough test drive to understand how fabulous this car is. This is our 5th purchase at this dealership, and each time it's been a 5 star experience. The few negative reviews say more about the reviewers (if you read between the lines) than it does about the dealership. Tate has been our salesperson as long as I can remember and is always willing to work with us to find the right vehicle with the right options. Medhi in finance always finds a way to make the deal work, and he does it quickly and efficiently. We never spend more than 30 minutes in his office because he does so much in advance by text and email. In fact, we trust this dealership so much we made the deal before we even saw the vehicle in person. Alvin the manager is always accommodating to our quirky requirements. Regina is always a pleasure to work with at delivery and with follow-up. I can recommend this dealership without reservation.
